"We loved the hotel beautiful rooms A great bathroom with bath and shower Also a great coffee machine Nice cosmetics Our first receipt ironing was ever so welcoming and helpful, also the waiter in the restaurant However unfortunately The car had no cover and were so hot 35 plus in the sun In the bathroom was a leak in the shower Only 1 small tube to make do for shower gel for two people Only 2 coffee capsules for 2 people really bad could not have more than one coffee The owner was not the most friendly nor welcoming person very abrupt We showed her a video clip of cobwebs at the restaurant and was argumentative when shower her the clip A real shame as it did put a downer on our special stay"

"We had an extremely disappointing experience during our stay. The staff was rude and displayed clear discrimination, which made the entire visit unpleasant. Basic politeness, fairness, and proper customer service were entirely lacking. Holidays and outings are supposed to be enjoyable and relaxing, but staying here felt more like being in a jail. Despite charging high prices, the service provided was absolutely subpar and unacceptable. We would not recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a pleasant experience, this is not the place to go. Save your money and choose somewhere else where guests are treated with respect and care."

"Me and my partner stayed here for two nights arriving from Melbourne pretty much late at night early hours of the morning and the lovely receptionist was able to leave the room unlocked with the key and was very reasonable and understanding about our travels. The room was absolutely welcoming. Bathroom was clean and nicely set up only downfall. I didn’t prefer about it was just how big of the gap from the bathtub to the floor was that’s all but overall pretty good motel and if they had a long-term accommodation option, I would highly recommend probably coming back there today long-term."

"electric blanket did not work. two electric outlet plugs but only ONE wall point under the bed side table so had to crawl on my knees to plug in the light. No coffee and insufficient milk and the response was basically I am not there so go to the shop. had to pull the bed out from the wall to find the switch. OH&S issue for a guest!! electric blanket cord pilled under the mattress so you did not see it. For $155 per night this a bit over the top. Customer service NIL!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE."

"A good sized room with a cute kitchenette set up, updated bathroom, comfortable bed, chairs and table. There are a lot of power points around the room, too, which made charging devices easy. My photos are from after I'd stayed the night. It is an easy 10 minutes to walk to the main part of town, but very close (200m) to the Saturday morning parkrun start. The reception service was really lovely, and I'd happily stay here again."

"Stopped here for 2 nights. Manager was friendly and helpful. Room (deluxe king suite) was spacious and clean. The only downside was the pillows - like sleeping on a rock (so I borrowed one from a local friend). Heating worked well, good on a cold night."
