The shower head has great water pressure and it is very comfortable to take a bath. Most of them are satisfied and will stay again. The price is right! shortcoming: The bathroom lacks hooks to place a change of pajamas. There is only black tea and jasmine tea in the room, no coffee. Serve: The front desk receptionist was polite and answered all questions. You can overlook Luohu Railway Station and the park, and have breakfast in front of the hotel! Room: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, with simple decoration. There is a wireless charging socket at the bedside, a long sofa for two, a small refrigerator and a large smart TV. Package: Smart home appliance control (Xiaodu), 2 bottles of Jingtian purified water, kettle, automatic curtains, disposable slippers, hangers, lighting, filter-type fire-fighting self-rescue respirator, free WiFi Toilet: It is equipped with a smart sensor toilet, Yizhi Hotel's exclusive toiletries, a hair dryer, and a shower room with separate dry and wet areas. Dining room: Breakfast is chargeable and includes fried rice, fried rice noodles, soup noodles, porridge, eggs, buns, bread, fried chicken, fried dough sticks, sweet potatoes, dumplings, vegetables, cold dishes, soy milk, milk, and fruit juice. Facilities: There is a gym, laundry room and restaurant on the sixth floor. The hotel rooms are on the 6th to 8th floors.

It was a great place to have a good rest next to the shopping malls and train and metro stations. Was a bit of a challenge to find it for the first time but was super convenient right after we did. The breakfast options were really good and we had one of our best breakfasts in China in this hotel. It’s a pity they don’t serve lunch or dinner though. The rooms are a bit small but still quite convenient. The staff are also very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

We had a wonderful stay at Innogo. The hotel was modern and clean, just like the pictures. Location was fantastic. 2 subway lines (line 1 and 9) right outside, 7-eleven and several food options next door. Easy walk to shops, food and malls. The railway and customs/border to hong kong just across the road. They gladly stored the luggage for us for 2 days/ 1 night, while we visited hongkong, since we were returning for another day's with the hotel. Front deak was freindly and welcoming. Especially, xiaoxiong who was very helpful with suggestions in enjoying Shenzhen. I would definitely stay at Innogo again when I next visit!

A clean and spacious hotel with a convenient location. The breakfast was excellent, and the added perk of a complimentary laundromat was greatly appreciated.

This hotel is great for a one-night stay if you need easy access to Shenzhen Railway Station (especially frequent trains to and from Guangzhou) or the subway system (it has access to lines 9 and 1 within less than 100 m. The hotel is in the same building as Bank of China, on the 17th floor and there are elevators around the back of the building. The room was small, with a single bed (hard mattress) with a small shower/toilet/sink combination attached. (It reminded me a lot of the arrangement in my motorhome years ago.) However, it was worth the 50RMB per night and it was quiet so I was able to sleep well.

Very good hotel in a very convenient area. So many shops & restaurants are around. Close to lowu border , metro & railway stations. Friendly staffs , room condition was ok. It took a while to get hot water to shower at night. There is a gym but swimming pool is under maintenance. Overall good and I’d like to stay again if I’m in shenzhen.

This is my last day of stay in 深圳 as I will be heading towards airport tonight. In total I had stayed a total of 2 days in Dec and 4 days this week. Room is comfortable with laundry services

Can’t beat the price for the location! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and ever ready to accommodate any requests including late check-outs without a fee. It is right next to a bunch of local and Western restaurants and shops so I never felt unsafe in the area. Would definitely recommend for any weekend travellers from Hong Kong to explore the Luoho district.
