This hotel is in a commercial building, with the highest floor only being the 8th floor, so one side of the lobby is for hotel check-in, and the other side is the commercial area. This part is a bit inconvenient🫢 In addition, the attitude of the check-in staff was really average. A female waiter asked us if we wanted breakfast. We said we didn’t order breakfast, and she You just said you would give us breakfast, why not just say you would give us breakfast, so that the guests would feel comfortable and understand 😉 The room I booked was a superior double room with a large bed. The smell of smoke was very strong when I entered. In addition, the air-conditioning vent in the room where I stayed was blowing directly on the bedside, which gave me a headache. So I called the front desk to help change the room. The service staff was super. Super helpful in upgrading the room, but it was not suitable. I changed it to a Japanese-style room, but the light was broken again. Finally, after changing it several times, I arranged to upgrade to an executive room. The service staff's adaptability is good👍 🏻 The executive room is large, new and clean, with a first-class view of the garden. The bed is large enough for 3 people. It is no problem for families. The bed is very comfortable and has moderate softness and hardness; 🚽The toilet is separated from wet and dry. It is smart and has a heating function; 🛀🏻The Qiyu shower head is large and has sufficient water volume, which is very comfortable. The most praiseworthy thing is that the quality of the supplies is quite high. I use Japanese toothpaste and Portico Fresh Verbena series of bath products, which are great🫶🏻In addition, there are Dyson hair dryers only in executive rooms, which is high-end👍🏻 The only facilities in the hotel are a gym and a laundry room. The breakfast provided is of good quality and mainly fills your stomach.
