I recently stayed at this hotel for four days and was thoroughly impressed with the service. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make my stay as smooth as possible. During my trip, I ordered several items online and had them delivered to the hotel's locker. However, a few of the parcels were too big to be placed in the locker. And the staff were incredibly helpful—they coordinated with the delivery personnel and ensured everything was sorted out, even getting the packages re-delivered on the same day to the front desk.
Another standout moment was when I struggled to order food as a foreigner without a local phone number. The hotel staff stepped in and assisted me with placing my order, making the process so much easier. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference.
The hotel’s location is another highlight. It’s very close to a popular shopping street, making it super convenient for exploring the area. That said, the hotel is located next to a main road, and there’s some ongoing railway construction nearby. It can get a little noisy at night, but earplugs easily resolved the issue.
There are also great amenities, like free laundry, which came in handy for a longer stay. The only minor drawback was the centrally controlled air conditioning—you can’t adjust the temperature or fan speed, but it didn’t impact my comfort much.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The service, convenience, and amenities outweighed any minor issues, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel & room design make us feel comfortable. And the room system was so nice and advanced. Can control aircon, window cover or tv via smart home system. They also provide us free welcome drink vouchers.

Great location, very close to Hubei subway station very close to everything. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and amenities, especially the free use of washer and dryer which was a God sent, as we have been travelling for five days non-stop.  we were on the 10th floor which was very quiet which we appreciated. The breakfast was very good standard we enjoyed it very much. The staff at this hotel was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Whether it was providing recommendations on local attractions or promptly addressing any inquiries, their hospitality truly stood out.
One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary coffee available in the lobby. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the convenience of grabbing a cup before heading out to explore the bustling city. The coffee was not only free but also surprisingly good—just what I needed to kickstart my mornings!
The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s modern decor added to the overall pleasant ambiance, making it a relaxing oasis after a long day of business meetings and sightseeing.
Location-wise, Cybo Hotel is conveniently situated, providing easy access to various attractions, shopping centers, and dining options. It was perfect for both leisure and business travelers.

The location is excellent, very close to Dongmen Pediatrician Street. However, approaching the hotel's lobby is extremely difficult. Many difficulties for travelers.Breakfast is very good. A very tidy room with low elevated beds.
