This is a great hotel, located on the 28th floor of the Women and Children's Building. We booked a family room, which was spacious and even had a slide that our child absolutely loved. The hotel is in the city center, so dining and transportation are very convenient. The Women and Children's Building itself has many food and entertainment options. The staff were all very friendly, and the room was quite large. I especially appreciated the thoughtful and meticulous consideration for children's rooms. The Children's Discovery Museum is right downstairs, which our child enjoyed immensely. Hotel guests also get a 10% discount. We'll definitely be back!

Hotel location was superb, in the building itself you may reach the JingTian station. Exit B can reach directly to the building. Also if you're carrying big luggage or baby carsitter, you may exit via Exit A lift which is just opposite the building. The Line No.2 can directly reach popular locations like 海上世界, 华强北 and 大梅沙. Near to the building there are some restaurants/stores where you can try local food, but meanwhile the building itself also has a variety of food choices. The front desk services were very good and friendly, they helped to receive and hold my parcel for me. They also allowed us to check in early at 9am without any surcharges and helped to store our luggages after check out. The room was clean, and it has a nice view from high floor. There were mineral water and canned drinks provided for us. What I didn't really like was the pillow, it was too soft to support my neck :/ Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it to other travellers to Shen Zhen.

I extended my stay for one more night. I booked the Discovery Center for my child, and staying upstairs was very convenient. When I checked in for the extension, I also participated in the hotel's Dragon Boat Festival event, where I painted a rainbow-colored Labubu. A staff member helped me apply a top coat, and I was very pleased with the final result. The Discovery Center, as always, completely captivated my child. We went in the morning and again in the evening. My child wanted to go again after dinner, but it was already closed. Next time I visit the Discovery Center or the Futian district, this hotel will still be my top choice. The hotel has a natural wood decor, which is simple, bright, elegant, clean, and tidy. My only minor complaints are that there weren't enough spare comforters; when I asked for an extra one before bed, only blankets were available. Also, there wasn't a child's toilet seat in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. I hope they can improve this.

Extremely fun for the kids!!! Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and spacious! Location is superb! Candy and Allen were amazing and helped us throughout our stay, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Their kindness and excellent service really stood out and we’re so appreciative! I've been to Shenzhen more than 50 times. In the past, I mostly stayed in hotels in areas like Luohu, Guomao, Diwang, Convention & Exhibition Center, Chegongmiao, and Shekou. Surprisingly, this is my first time staying at the Jingju Hotel in Jingtian. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the subway station with mature surroundings. What's more, it's actually located in the 'Shenzhen Women and Children Center'. The building's exterior is colorful, and inside, the high-floor suite is spacious and quiet, with a pretty impressive view. The front desk service was really heartwarming, thumbs up!
