Next to Gangxia Metro Station, take the Link City exit C. Across the road from One Avenue. The lobby is on level 6 of building A2. The reception is just a small desk around the corner from the lift.
The location is amazing, and the reception was friendly, efficient and helpful, but the room was less so.
We got a 2 bedroom residence and it felt like it a bit run down. There was duct tape on the ceiling, exposed pipes in the kitchen. They provided a kettle with tea, coffee and bottled water.
The bathroom had packaged toothbrushes and paste.
It served its purpose as a convenient place to stay for the night. Easily fit 4 people, maybe 5 on the couch. The projector for TV was misaligned and needed adjustment.
10/10 for location but 5/10 for the state of the room.

Located right opposite One Avenue Mall (Shenzhen Festival Avenue) this hotel is super convenient for shopping, eateries and entertainment. Great place to stay as rooms are clean and spacious. Most rooms also have good views of the city. Highly recommended 👍

It was really a very good deal. Hotel was very clean. No bad smell. Clean towels and bed sheet and quilt. I am more than happy. Hotel staff was very helping and polite.
