No international touch here but for the decoration that is frensh inspired. Black mold on the walls. And just a bit hard to breath before AC have worked for some time. The amenities and the decoration is as shown but it is obviously not maintained equally well in all rooms. Breakfast was good though.

A good place to stay, so clean. The staffs are so serviceable, help us everything we need it. The breakfast so delicious. The room is so so big enough, the kids loved it. The decoration and the bed also so good. We recommended 100%. Next time will stay there again.

The location is not convenient for travel and is very far from most attractions. I do not recommend this hotel if you are traveling with children. The second floor is a snooker center, and the elevators have a strong cigarette smell. The staff are somewhat polite, but not very friendly. I don’t think I will return to this hotel.

這次選擇這家酒店度假真是太明智了!酒店的休閑娛樂設施超棒，有一個超大的恆温泳池，水質清澈，周圍的環境也很宜人。還有舒適的按摩室，專業的按摩師手法嫻熟，能讓人徹底放鬆身心。酒店周邊有很多美麗的景點，酒店還貼心地提供了景點攻略和租車服務。在這裏度過了一段非常愜意的時光，期待下次再來!

第一晚入住沒什麼不好，續住了一晚讓我直接付錢240元沒走平台，説比平台便宜，我就退了平台的訂單直接前台付款續住。入住之後放下行李就出去處理事情了，剛進去那會確實感覺有點煙味，以為自己聞錯了。處理完事情回房間之後發現酒店房間煙味有點重，找客服要求換房，順便上平台看了眼價格，真就那麼巧克，突然發現房價從250變成了175，從我訂房到要求換房也就過了不到1小時，這誰能忍？？
聯繫了客服説在調價，下去前台問，好傢伙一樣的話術。我就問他們，如果我就是以這個價格訂了來入住閉門會拒絕客人嗎？前台那女的不回答，直接不理我了。我以為他們在忙還站着一會等了一下還是沒人理我，那女的甚至直接離開了前台，我看到就追問所以到底怎麼樣？另一個男的這時候用一樣的口徑回答我不能退房也不能補差價。好，開店就是這樣隨意的嘛，就衹能自認倒黴了呵呵呵呵，什麼態度啊！給我換房也是換了同一個樓層旁邊一間面積比較小的房間，沒煙味我認了，差評馬上寫，也沒有下次光顧了！我會繼續看能不能找到大堂經理處理，什麼態度，價格控不好就被控，衹會用價格在調控敷衍客人，你們也不衹是攜程平台直接降價，去哪兒也是一樣降價，真的搞笑了
