"What a pleasant surprise! This hidden gem of a hotel is definitely worth revisiting. Its location is excellent, right next to a subway station and very close to Huaqiangbei Electronic World. As soon as you step into the lobby, the warm yellow lighting and minimalist decor, without excessive luxury, create a simple yet stylish atmosphere that instantly washes away the fatigue of travel. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional. Check-in was incredibly fast, and they even proactively recommended some local hidden gems and must-try restaurants nearby. Our twin room was exceptionally spacious, with soft and clean beds that felt like sleeping on clouds. The room was well-equipped, with efficient air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and excellent water pressure in the en-suite bathroom – a hot shower was pure bliss. The most pleasant surprise was the room's soundproofing, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast buffet was dazzlingly diverse, offering everything from Chinese steamed buns, congee, and fried dough sticks to Western bread, salads, coffee, and a variety of fresh fruits and hot dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were outstanding, making every bite incredibly satisfying. When checking out, the staff thoughtfully asked about our stay and even presented us with a small gift. This hotel truly offers exceptional value for money and thoughtful service. I highly recommend this hidden gem to every traveler. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again!"

"If you’re a traveller with a big checkin luggage bag, this room might be too small for you. The location is good as it’s within walking distance to on of the major metro lines. It’s in an urban village so whenever you are hungry, there are a lot of food shops around. Reception is friendly. All in all, a decent place for the price."

"The hotel (or rather, serviced apartment) was located in a rather inconvenient part of town. Plenty of traffic jams to go around getting there. While the room was mostly clean, it had a terrible smell of formaldehyde emanating from the furniture which was frightful. It seemed to me that the material of the kitchen cabinets was defective and carried the horrible odor which ruined the entire stay and has me worrying for my health. In fact, apart from the lobby, a lot of the building smells off - including the rest area on the 5th floor, which still smells heavily of chemicals used in renovations. Room amenities were more than sufficient - a washing machine and a fridge puts this above many hotels amenity-wise. Service was also friendly."

"The hotel rooms are all quite new, and the facilities are complete and comfortable. The front desk service was also very friendly, and breakfast was decent. The surrounding area is great too, with convenient access to food and shopping. The subway station is also very close and handy. The only downside is that the windows aren't very soundproof, so the noise from traffic outside can be a bit loud. Other than that, everything was satisfactory."

The lighted makeup mirror is a fantastic touch, and the electric kettle is easy to use with 24/7 hot water readily available. The cleanliness standards are unbelievably high. The bedding was perfectly flat, wrinkle-free, and spotless. There was no mold in the bathroom tile grout, the floor was dry with no puddles, and even the doorknobs and light switches were sparkling clean. Not a single smudge on the walls either. The environment is both quiet and cozy. Common areas are cleaned daily, and there's no disruptive noise. The room itself is spacious and doesn't feel cramped, and the air is fresh without any stuffiness, making it a truly pleasant place to relax. The service is truly a benchmark for the industry. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were all smiles. When they found out I was on a business trip, they not only provided a local transportation guide but also recommended several excellent and affordable casual restaurants. It made my trip so much easier!"

"My stay at the InterContinental Shenzhen Nanshan was fantastic, easily a perfect score! Everything from the location and service to the facilities exceeded my expectations. Excellent Location: Situated in Nanshan District, it boasts convenient transportation with a subway station nearby, making it super easy to get to attractions, shopping, or for business. The surrounding area is also very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient. They even proactively introduced the hotel facilities and local area. Room service was very responsive, and the room was meticulously cleaned and tidied. Comfortable Room: I stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious and bright with modern, elegant decor. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the fixtures were high quality with plenty of hot water. Complete Facilities: The hotel's accompanying facilities, such as the restaurant and gym, are all excellent. The breakfast had a rich variety, with many Chinese and Western options, and it tasted great. Summary: It was a very satisfying stay with great value for money. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an ideal choice. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Shenzhen! Highly recommended!"

"The room was very clean, with a smart toilet and a projector. As a member, I could access a lot of content, and the price was incredibly cheap. There's a convenience store downstairs which is very handy, and plenty of takeout options nearby, perfect for young people. The service attitude was excellent; the front desk staff was very kind and always answered my questions. The cleaning staff also did a very thorough and clean job. I originally booked based on reviews praising the hygiene, and it truly was very clean and comfortable 😽"

"I chose this hotel to catch an early morning flight. It's very close to the airport, and the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, though I didn't need them as the soundproofing was excellent. They offer free airport transfers on the hour. Breakfast usually starts at 7 AM, but they open it at 6:40 AM to accommodate those taking the 7 AM shuttle, although the selection isn't very extensive."
