The room I stayed in this time was at the end of the corridor, but it was on a mid-to-lower floor, which meant the view was a bit limited and it was a bit noisy. The lighting fixtures in the room showed that the hotel has been around for a while, and renovations are slow, as evidenced by the peeling and damaged wallpaper. In-room entertainment was quite basic, with only regular TV channels available and no screen mirroring or on-demand features. However, the staff's attitude was commendable; they promptly replaced missing linens. A special thanks to the cleaning lady on the 15th floor. As for the executive lounge, the afternoon tea selection was rather limited, offering only three types of pastries and three types of fruit, and the quality was just average. I recommend further improving both the hotel's facilities and services.

My stay at the Pullman Shanghai Jing An was absolutely perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the hotel's elegant and stylish design, as well as the warm and attentive service. The concierge not only helped with my luggage but also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and local tips for getting around, which made me feel truly cared for. I stayed in an Executive Deluxe Room, which was spacious and bright, offering panoramic city views through its large windows. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Executive Lounge deserves special praise; the afternoon tea pastries were exquisite and delicious, and the evening happy hour offered a wide selection of food. The staff there were consistently friendly and smiling, which enhanced the experience. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to the Nanjing West Road commercial district, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Whether for business or leisure, this is an ideal choice, and I will definitely choose Pullman Shanghai Jing An again on my next visit to Shanghai!

Great location with easy access to transportation and plenty of food options nearby. The hotel is on a high floor, so it's quiet. The shower pressure is fantastic, very comfortable. It's also super close to the Xujiahui shopping district, making it convenient to get anywhere.

We had a pleasant stay at Pullman Shanghai Qingpu Excellence. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained (5/5), which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful (4/5), always ready to assist when needed. The amenities (4/5) were good and suitable for families — especially the pool and breakfast options. However, the location (3/5) felt a bit far from the main attractions and city center, so traveling to and from places took some extra time. Overall, it’s a great choice for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay with good service.
