Pullman Properties in Shanghai

Traveling with my family for the May Day holiday, we chose the Pullman Hotel. The room was spacious, and the view was great. It's conveniently located near Xuhui and the South Railway Station, making travel and dining very easy. Downstairs, there's a swimming pool, with a dedicated lane for children. Our suite included executive lounge access for evening snacks and afternoon tea, which really enhanced our vacation experience. I carelessly left my iPad behind when we checked out, but the hotel housekeeping promptly cleaned the room and mailed it back to me. The service was excellent, five-star recommended!

I came to Shanghai for a boring May Day holiday and booked a Pullman suite. The hotel was very busy, which really tested their reception capacity. Accor Pullman in France is pretty good, with a nice design, and the aromatherapy scent is the same as in Hong Kong. Facilities: Higher floor rooms would be better; try to choose a high-floor room to avoid the smell of mugwort from downstairs. Transportation: Downstairs are Sun & Moon Light, Tianzifang, and the subway, so coming directly is very convenient for city work. 24th Floor Executive Lounge Supreme Experience: The executive lounge is great, with high-altitude views. Dining: Both breakfast and the executive lounge are good, but there are too many foreigners – mostly Koreans and Westerners. The noodle chef even paused for a moment when he heard me speak Chinese, and then switched his language system. Koreans were coolly showing off watermelon, taking five plates at a time.

This hotel is located in the heart of Shanghai, a transportation hub, and offers great value for money. It boasts advanced facilities like a heated swimming pool and a 24-hour gym, allowing us to maintain our workout routine even during a busy trip. The concierge service was incredibly warm and attentive, proactively helping with our luggage and responding to our needs very quickly. The entire service team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, making us feel welcomed and cared for. Overall, the Pullman Shanghai Jing An, with its excellent location, comfortable accommodation, outstanding dining, and thoughtful service, has become my top choice for future visits to Shanghai. I highly recommend it to all friends, whether traveling for business or leisure!

Upon check-in, the front desk saw we had elderly and children with us, and even upgraded our room for free! The room had everything we needed, and the most pleasant surprise was a yoga mat. As someone who regularly practices yoga and stands Qigong postures, this was incredibly thoughtful – I loved it! 😍 The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. Since it was a last-minute stay during the winter break, I didn't bring my swimming gear, so I couldn't try out the pool. Guess I'll have to save that for next time!
