We had a wonderful stay at The Shanghai EDITION. The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the main shopping district and within easy reach of many attractions. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with an amazing view of The Bund, which made our stay even more memorable. What really stood out to us was the service. Every member of staff we met was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to our personal butler, Lewis, who took great care of us throughout our stay and made everything very convenient. We would also like to thank Raymond at reception, who was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Another big plus for international travelers is that the staff throughout the hotel speak very good English.
