"My family and myself checked in Dec 26 for a 4 night stay. The 2nd night I noticed an Asian beetle in my bed. I notified the front desk and was told this is the season. They all over hotels in TN. There was no available roooms to move us to. Fast forward to Sun morning there was a beetle dead in the window sill. I went down to cancel the rest of my stay. Showed pictures .Went back to the room to pack . 2 more Asian beetles flew over our heads. Manager calls me Mon morning lying that there was no bugs in the room . Only offered me 5k points . Will never stay here again. And possibly do away with Marriott all together ."

"Chose this best western due to location and indoor pool, the hotel itself could use updating. The staff was friendly and helpful. Fire alarm went off our first night, while going down hall water was coming out of light fixture in front of one of the rooms, went to front desk was informed something in pool area set off fire alarm and manager was trying to reset it, I advised staff member of the water situation, in morning there was bucket in front of that door, later that afternoon that particular spit the piece of ceiling fell to floor. With all that I'd still recommend a stay."

"The room was spacious and clean, but not particularly clean and tidy, and the facilities were quite old. The breakfast was limited, and the dining area was small. However, for the price, it was a good choice for accommodation near Pigeon Forge."

"I have stayed here at least 8 times in total. I've always felt appreciated and valued. The last two stays not at all like previous stays. The guy was rude. This time the lady put me in an undesirable room in a corner with no view of the river. I choose here to sit out on the back to enjoy it. This relaxes me after the long drive of 700+ miles. A hot shower and listening to the quiet natural surroundings. This time after putting my luggage in side I took the cart back. Open the door and saw nothing but bushes and to my left cars from other businesses I went back requested one of my other previous ones as the windows were open and they were vacant. She flat out said no. I cant help it. That's your room Period. Walked away. Then the guest above and their noise , running in and out screaming. Next the racoon knocked all night. No sleeping. Just asked as I went outside they laughed at me and got louder. Horrible. As schools r letting out. Probably be worse. So I'll probably choose different until they return to their earlier behavior"

"People of the side of us were extremely loaded and screaming until 3pm. Young kids were at the hot tub. Two of the beds had dirty sheets and the room smell musty/dirty. Not enough tables to eat breakfast."
