"It was really clean room, but not so many amenities"

"Excellent location, right opposite the station. The best surprise was the free shuttle bus to Disneyland, with services running until late, which is incredibly convenient for families with young children or elderly members!"

"The room was very clean and excellent."

"The facilities were super clean and it’s in a convenient location The main downside is that there are no curtains and your window is facing the corridor so people can just look into your room"

"The area the hotel is being built in is nice and handy for Val d’europe and Disneyland Paris. The hotel wasnt built in time for our reservation so we had to be moved to a hotel around the corner which was unfortunately dirty and had no housekeeping for 6 days. Hopefully we can stay at this new hotel on our next visit to review it properly"

"Loved this hotel from the Halloween decorations in the reception area all decorated for Halloween , friendly staff and a very clean look throughout the hotel , my room was amazing as was like a mini apartment with fridge , microwave , cooker and even a dishwasher , I also had a balcony so in the summer it would be amazing to sit outside ,the room was very clean and the pillows probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a bed The main reason I booked this as it was close to Disneyland and each day I walked there and it was literally 3 roads and your in Disney and was so so easy and saved the stress and worry of buses or taxis If I ever go back to Disneyland Paris again this hotel is first on my list , if it was the middle of summer they have a pool They have a few handy areas for drink and food if you need anything and just round the corner is a big food court and shops so really it’s perfect One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in , I felt very warm and comfortable there for the 4 nights I stayed"

"The bed was dirty, the window also. Manu dust inside the room."

"The busstop for free bus to Disney is approx 200m from the hotel. The aparthotel does not come with daily room cleaning services. You have to ask for essentials from the counter. There was one night we requested for shower and shampoo, but was told it was out of stock. We only received supply the following night, so be prepared. Rooms do not have air con, so we were provided small table fans. May be stuffy during hot summer days. There are many restaurants near hotel which is just opposite a super big mall. However still value for money if you want to stay near Paris Disneyland yet don’t want to spend too much staying at their hotels."

"Here’s the review with that point naturally incorporated: Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend this property. The self check-in process is unnecessarily complicated. The instructions initially direct you to a different side of the apartment building, which is confusing. Unless you read them very carefully, it’s easy to spend at least 30 minutes just trying to check in. Between accessing the building, collecting the keys, entering the apartment, retrieving the car park fob from the kitchen, and finally getting to the parking area, you end up opening around 6–8 different doors before you’re fully checked in. It is far more complicated than it needs to be. The underground parking is secure, but it is very dark, has a strong unpleasant smell, and many of the surrounding parking spaces appear to be used as storage areas, giving the whole area an untidy feel. Inside the apartment, the linen was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the main bed was acceptable. However, the sofas were heavily worn, stained, and looked dirty. The sofas shown in the listing photos appear clean, tidy, and in good condition, but they do not reflect the actual condition of the furniture provided. The listing also suggested the apartment was suitable for three adults and children, but the sleeping arrangements don’t realistically support that. The sofa bed is very worn, and the single sofa bed isn’t suitable for either adults or children. Before arriving, I contacted the host to request fans as there was a heatwave forecast. I received no response. The apartment became extremely hot, and with no fans or any form of ventilation, it was very difficult to sleep. Travelling with young children made this even more challenging. There are also several maintenance issues. The toilet door handles are very stiff, the wardrobe doors are difficult to operate, and the bedroom has no main light—only bedside lamps. The only convenient power socket is occupied by the bedside lamp, so if you need to charge your phone, you have to unplug the lamp and leave the room without lighting. The hallways throughout the building also have a persistent unpleasant smell. The biggest issue occurred on the morning of checkout. At around 8:30 am, the water supply stopped completely. We were unable to shower, wash properly, or get ourselves and the children ready before leaving. I contacted the property immediately but was simply told to send an email and wait up to six hours for a response, which was completely impractical given we were checking out that morning. I then contacted Trip.com customer service, who responded immediately and genuinely tried to help by contacting the property. Unfortunately, the property management never responded to them either, leaving customer service with very few options other than offering a small compensation. While I appreciated Trip.com’s prompt support, it did not resolve the situation. Having to end a family holiday without running water and without being able to take a shower is simply unacceptable. Overall, while the apartment has a few positives such as secure parking, clean linen, and a functional kitchen, these were outweighed by misleading listing photos, poor communication from the host, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, inadequate facilities during a heatwave, maintenance issues, and the complete lack of support when a major issue occurred. I would not recommend this property. The only positive experience was Trip.com’s customer service, who responded promptly and did their best to assist despite the property’s lack of cooperation."
