"A wonderful hotel that welcomes people of all ages. We have stayed at this establishment on four separate occasions, and each time we have been met with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and, most importantly, a sense of belonging to a large family. The spa features spacious rooms, both indoor and outdoor natural pools, and a kid-friendly family spa. Everything is immaculate. Private spa, two hours in a paradise location. Please try it!! Sensational food, very well presented, which is also a pleasure just to look at. A hotel that has 5 superior stars but should be a 7 stars. BRAVO, Fam. Schalber and Co.!! Until next time. 😍"

"Melisse was called our apartment. Good room with 2 good bedrooms. Well a little holy night with windows open. Nice bar, good wellness, central location. Serfaus is super for families. The prices are very high, but it is very well organised, and I would like to see you next year."

"What an amazing level of service, on the same level with the most luxurious 5* service. Nothing was too much trouble and everything request was possible - prompt, courteous and caring service, amazing food, extremely friendly staff, attention to detail for children (not to mention a huge play area and fun swimming pool), fantastic wellness area, and the owner himself greeting us every evening and upon departure. What more is there to wish for from a family ski hotel? Perfect. Look forward to staying again next year."

"We booked the “2-room apartment standard Maisonette” and it was very small. The main bed was on the top floor of the maisonette with not a lot of head space, the stairs were also quite steep. Although this was not really a problem for us. The main bed was huge and super comfortable. The kids bed was the sofa bed on the main floor. There’s no airco so if the sun is shining and the curtains are all open, it can get quite warm inside. No mosquitos nets on the windows so you need to be mindful of it in the evening. Tiny kitchenette with all the basics. It had a microwave, tiny dishwasher, nespresso capsule coffee machine, but no oven. Capsules for the dishwasher were available. There’s the option to get a bread service every morning at an extra cost. The fresh bread was very nice but could have been delivered a bit earlier, 8am was slightly too late for us most of the days. The wellness is well equipped with complementary tea. It is textile free and a bit unfortunate about the limited opening times which are from 4pm to 8pm. Great views and great location close to the cable cars. The Super. Sommer. Card. was included which was great, we were able to use it already on the day of arrival. Overall a great stay and we would recommend."
