They entered our room without concent and only double down and make you feel insafe in your booked room. Terrible experience. The rooms are not clean enough. "Room 64 had an overwhelming stench of men’s aftershave to mask the smell of cigarette smoke and the is a cigarette burn mark on the en-suite bathroom basin. After me speaking to the manager on duty that evening about the awful squeaking from front door make and him not having any WD40 to apply to the hinges I decided to wedge the front door of the army barrack style hotel open. We didn’t see anyone eating in the restaurant on the Saturday night we stayed, there were no lights on in there and suspected it was closed. Guys, do yourselves a favour and choose your accommodation wisely."

"Very well located place right in the historic city center of Senlis. Very comfortable room. The only downside: no parking inside the estate and a very narrow alley which gives just enough time to load/unload luggage. You have to park 100m away in the public car park which is therefore not secure."

"We stayed at Senlis as we had a flight from CDG airport the following day. The old town was interesting, we got to CDG easily the next day to drop off our rental car and Le Petit Bellon was well situated near some historic buildings. It is a reasonably basic place to stay. The person at reception tried to tell us that we and our friends had booked four rooms not 2 and only backed down when we showed the confirmation. Three of the four lights in our bathroom did not work and one of the cups left for tea had not been cleaned. So there was nothing major wrong with it, but I suspect that there may be better places at a similar price."
