"Great stopover hotel within 10 wins walk of Linate Airport. Exit right follow the blue circle/ aeroplane marking in reverse from the airport. This will take you past the multi storey carpark on the right hand side. Once pasted the carpark look right and u will see the pink moxy hotel sign lit up. Now for the important bit! Makesure to cross over the roads via the roundabout which will take you over to the side of the road that the mega geely car showroom is on. Head down this side for approx 100m and you will have arrived. If you can walk and just have carry on you can see £££ as there is no need to take a taxi."

"I booked a non-refundable rate on the wrong date. I noticed it immediately and called the property to cancel. They first told me they'd check the next day because the reservation was a Sunday. They didn't contact me the next day, so I had to call. They offered to change the dates in exchange for a positive review, but they didn't have availability for the date I needed. So they told me they couldn't do anything. I checked the policy on ***********, and it clearly states that, even for non-refundable rates, the property decides whether or not to apply penalties. I pointed this out, and they changed their story, saying that since people often cancel reservations, they decided not to refund them. I explained again that it was obvious it was a mistake, since I called a minute after booking, and therefore it didn't seem right to lose money over a simple mistake that could easily be fixed (if they wanted to). Ms. Donatella, who had previously been persistent with statements like "if it says non-refundable, it means it's non-refundable," then shifted the blame to the property, saying she was embarrassed at having to play the part of someone who was unnecessarily keeping money (even though it was protected by ***********). So she went from "I'll change your dates if you leave me a positive review" to "I can't do anything" to "I don't want to do anything" to "It's not my fault, they don't want to do anything." They left me, saying they'd make one last attempt with the property, but they never heard from me again. My sincere compliments: you put a price on yourself, and that price is €157. You could have canceled a reservation two minutes after it was made and resolved the issue, saving us from literally throwing away our money, but instead you chose to ignore it and pocket the money. Congratulations again..."
