There is air conditioning, tv and all the necessary for a simple breakfast in the room. The structure is very secure and access is possible through codes that the host will provide. Outside there is a small garden and the place is very quiet. You can truly "relax nel verde"! Only downside is that it is not very close to public transport, but if you have a car, it is excellent"
