"We chose this hotel for a three-night stay due to its convenient location near the airport, despite its high price. Although the property looks clean and well cared for at first glance, we unfortunately discovered clear signs that the bed had not been properly cleaned after previous guests. The attitude of the staff quickly changes once any assistance is required. On our final night, a group of very noisy teenagers was placed in the adjacent room. With only a thin wooden door separating the rooms, the disturbance was extreme. We contacted the front desk several times after 11:00 p.m., yet no measures were taken. Instead, we were told that the situation could not be resolved. The noise continued until 3:00 a.m., even though we had to leave for the airport just one hour later. Raising the issue the next day made no difference—there were only polite words, but no accountability or solution. Overall impression: The cost of the stay is unjustified given the level of service provided. The friendliness shown at the beginning feels superficial. This hotel cannot be recommended for anyone seeking a quiet and restful stay."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is in need of renovation. The pool is clean but everything around it is run down. The direct location by the sea is great, but the hotel is not suitable for visits to the old town or the opera as it is far too far away."

"We stayed here at the end of our Oman holiday because the hotel is very close to the airport. First impression: very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean, the gym is well-equipped and clean. The only minor drawback is that the pool is right next to a busy road and therefore quite noisy. But, like everywhere else in the hotel, it's very clean. Breakfast isn't a buffet; instead, you order from the waiter. This was also very good."
