"Highly not recommended. I initially booked for one night and then extended my stay by re-ordering. I made sure to request the same room (to avoid moving) and the receptionist, Syifa, confirmed it. However, on the day of the extension, while I was out, I was forced to move rooms due to a 'different room type' (even though I had asked them to check the night before). There was no offer for a paid upgrade; instead, they just offered to help move my belongings. Syifa was truly unprofessional and not customer-oriented, and the same goes for the manager. Good riddance, I'm not staying here again. I'll find a place that values its customers more."

"Uninhabitable and misleading conditions – Do not book! We were shown two different rooms: -The first room (double bed) had dirty walls, stained bed sheets, no windows, and was infested with insects (ants, flies, and small cockroaches). -The second room (twin beds) was in an even worse state of hygiene. Furthermore, the air conditioning did not work, a defect confirmed by the staff member himself, and the bathroom was unusable because it lacked a shower head (also acknowledged by the staff). Due to these uninhabitable and unhygienic conditions, we were forced to leave immediately and book another hotel nearby. Although the on-site staff verbally agreed to approve our refund request, the property later acted in bad faith and rejected it twice. Future travelers should be aware of these misleading listings and severe hygiene issues."

"It's a shame, in the hotel description it doesn't say that what was booked was for a 6 hour transit only. And just found out the arrival time. And when I arrived at the location, I asked what the solution was, we were told to contact the application. This is the first time booking a hotel is not worth it both from the application and the hotel"

"As for the location, it's close to tourist markets and places to eat, quite close to the airport. But the minus is that there is no mini soap/toothpaste, no tissues provided, no drinking water either. The reason in the writing on the room is that it says it saves plastic. You can provide refillable liquid soap on the wall, you can also provide drinking water in a gallon dispenser in front of the rooms, then visitors just have to press it themselves. I've reduced plastic because I don't use bottled drinks in the room. It's possible that it's just the hotel that really saves on facilities, even though it comes down to the comfort and rating of the hotel"
