"Highly not recommended. I initially booked for one night and then extended my stay by re-ordering. I made sure to request the same room (to avoid moving) and the receptionist, Syifa, confirmed it. However, on the day of the extension, while I was out, I was forced to move rooms due to a 'different room type' (even though I had asked them to check the night before). There was no offer for a paid upgrade; instead, they just offered to help move my belongings. Syifa was truly unprofessional and not customer-oriented, and the same goes for the manager. Good riddance, I'm not staying here again. I'll find a place that values its customers more."

"Very very dirty, not recommended. Shower was broken, So they provided a bucket and a mug. No drinking water in the room, bed sheet was dirty, walls are mouldy, everything is dusty and dirty. No soap, no shampoo. I checked in around 10:00, and I left by 10:30. Couldn't stay due to dirty environment. Never never book it. They just changed their name because the previous name was already having bad reputation."
