"No staff on site to assist check in and you have conduct with machine.
I am assigned to level 2 but there is no elevator. We have to bring our luggage’s to walk for one floor which is not good especially when you have big and heavy luggage.

"It is most convenient to stay in Page Town to go to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell. The drive takes about 10 minutes. This is a domestic express hotel. Don't expect it to be very good. It's just for convenience. The hotel is not in the center of the town. It takes about 5 minutes to drive from the center of the town. There are McDonald's, KFC and Walmart next to it (the supermarket was not visited). We went to a large retail supermarket in the center of the town. There is a Chinese restaurant next to this supermarket. Don't go there. It's terrible. Just eat McDonald's and KFC.
We stayed for two nights, which was a bit redundant. One night is enough. First, go to Lake Powell to take a look, then go to Horseshoe Bend to take pictures and blow the wind. At 10:30, we arrived at the site to pick up the tickets for Antelope Canyon. We entered at 11:15. After an hour of sightseeing, we drove to other cities. Nothing was delayed."

"The hotel is pretty good, especially the garden pool in the center – it's beautiful. They even have a ping-pong table nearby! The downside is that all the rooms either face east or west. Mine was west-facing, so I couldn't open the curtains at all when I checked in during the afternoon. And as you know, Petchaburi is incredibly hot, with intense sun and late sunsets.
There's also a golf course next to the hotel.
Another drawback is that it's not near a town. We had a hired car, and once the driver left, we were without transportation. It's too far to walk anywhere. So, we were stuck eating all our meals at the hotel. Breakfast isn't included, but the variety was decent."

"They haven’t let me to check in ~an hour before it was about to start. Not because “the room is not ready”, but just because of strict rules🤷🏻♀️ there’s a breakfast (tea, coffee, cornflakes, waffles, apples, butter). Theres a great grocery in front of the motel. They ask for a card (I had a debit one) and charged me like about $50. It was returned back like in a few days. I’ve taken a video when opening the room and when checking out to make sure they won’t press any charges on me. So if you’re afraid of it too, just record the damages. The label on the door said that you should call if arriving after 11pm. Be careful if you’re using eSIM w/o options to call and arriving late"

"The room was clean and spacious. Its location is convenient, very close to Horseshoe Bend.
However, the soundproofing is really poor. On the night I stayed, I'm not sure where, but a party was going on, and I could clearly hear people singing and loud noises. It went on until past 1 AM, which severely affected my rest.
There's a free breakfast, but the variety isn't much: bread, waffles, eggs (but they were cold 😅), standard milk and coffee, yogurt, etc. I recommend toasting the waffles before eating them; they taste much better that way.
The main issue is the bad soundproofing; everything else was pretty good."

"Arrived a little after 1 PM and was able to check in early, which I really appreciated. The room here is very spacious. They also have an outdoor pool, a gym, and a laundry room. All the front desk staff I encountered were very friendly. Breakfast was good too."

"Our stay was far from positive.
First, check-in was a hassle. We had to use an online check-in machine, and the person assisting us was very difficult to understand, largely because the sole staff member present was busy on a phone call.
Our room was an accessible one and, unfortunately, situated directly opposite the kitchen entrance. Unlike most other rooms on the floor that were carpeted, ours had tiled flooring. This meant we could clearly hear every kitchen trolley and all luggage being wheeled past.
The pool was closed for all three days of our stay, reportedly due to chemical issues, and we were repeatedly told to inquire about its reopening. This was particularly frustrating, as the pool was the main reason we booked our stay.
Finally, despite breakfast being advertised until 9:30 AM, by 9:20 AM, essentials like sugar and milk had already been cleared away.
Suffice to say, we won't be returning."
