"The hotel facilities were truly exceptional, comparable to anywhere else. The service was friendly, and the front desk staff kindly assisted us even with late-night requests.
The breakfast was incredibly satisfying. While there might be some variation in the number of dishes, the food quality itself was better than what you'd find at most 5-star hotels. I hope they can maintain this standard.
My only minor complaint is that it was really difficult to get an elevator during check-in and check-out times. It seems unavoidable during peak hours, and while three elevators for a hotel of this size doesn't seem too few, there might be some inefficiency. We also had a minor issue during our stay, but thankfully it was resolved."

"This is a new hotel located near Naksansa Temple and Naksan Beach. Perhaps because of that, the rooms are spacious and clean. There's a spa tub on the balcony where you can relax while enjoying the ocean view. However, bath bombs are not allowed. The balcony has double-paned windows, so if you close them and draw the curtains, you can't hear any outside noise and can sleep peacefully. The bedding was also very comfortable. The only downsides were that the washing machine and microwave in the room were not available for use. Overall, it's a really great hotel! 👍"

"The hotel has a great location right in front of Naksan Beach (a great beach - lots of white sand). There are restaurants and supermarkets close by and it is a quick taxi ride to the Yangyang airport and Yangyang bus depot.
Staff are efficient and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel seems to have been newly renovated and the rooms, passages and common areas are newly carpeted and newly painted. There is a small gym and laundry room available for use.
Most guests seemed to stay only one night which seemed strange, given the great location. The only thing that could be improved upon is some basic facilities in the room. There is no cupboard (although there is enough space for one), only one chair (and its fairly uncomfortable at that) and no furniture on the balcony - we really wanted to sit on the balcony and look at the sea in the evenings, but there is nothing to sit on.
At the time that we stayed there (October 2024) there was quite a bit of construction noise as there are hotels being built on either side of the Naksan (although this is not the fault of the hotel itself)."

"I really got a lot of good impression in this hotel. I arrived late after playing on the beautiful beach near the hotel, but even though I was a foreigner, the boss who was waiting in the parking lot welcomed me and told me where to park. When I left, the boss told me how to back down and the surrounding attractions. It felt like children were coming home from afar. It was really warm. The rooms were spacious and clean and all facilities were complete. The hotel is near Geumgang Oxidation Amsa Temple (Shinseo University) 🏔️, which is very suitable for hikers. It's a really beautiful mountain. It's 330 km from the city I live in, but I'll visit again a few times in the future. I wish you the health of the boss and more guests. 🥰"
