"The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hotel itself is grand, spacious, and clean, featuring a beautiful design. I especially loved the delicious pudding and the wonderful harp music performance, which was incredibly relaxing. The onsen was also fantastic with a lovely view, though unfortunately, we weren't able to see the fireworks from the hotel. Front desk team is nice and good.
For improvement, it would be great if the hotel could provide a pillow menu, and a more detailed room tour upon arrival. Additionally, the restaurant staff during dinner could be a bit warmer and more welcoming, as some of them appeared a bit distant or unhappy. Finally, given the premium price of the hotel, I would much prefer a traditional face-to-face check-out rather than using a self-service machine. Human service feels much more appropriate for a luxury stay.”"

"Room size is just nice, after open luggage still able to have walking space. There is public bath available in the hotel. Can see fireworks from the spot infront of the hotel but best to go slightly to the central area near hotel Hanabi to have a whole view of the fireworks. Photo of fire works is from near hotel Hanabi. Ordered Breakfast and it is good too."

"Hotel at the main tourist street are insanely expensive. This is a much affordable option for those planning to visit mt usu and lake toya. But it is closer to Mt usu ropewalk. Hotel is outdated, probably needs an upgrade. Receptionist is very polite and helpful."
