The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. Service: Friendly and welcoming. Arriving in Mohe on the Snow Country Train, we checked into a cozy haven, the eLong Hotel, nestled in a wonderland at the far north. As we opened the door, a 270° bay window offered breathtaking panoramic views of the snowy plains and icy mountains. The 1.8-meter wide king-size bed, comfortable sofa, and spacious bay window transformed the -30℃ outdoor chill into a wonderfully warm and familiar indoor sanctuary. This provided a safe and comfortable resting environment for my elderly parents on their first long journey. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing extra hangers, bottled water, and tea of the same quality, which gave my family great peace of mind. In the morning, we welcomed the sunrise with stunning alpenglow outside our window. The hotel's varied and delicious breakfast kicked off our invigorating trip to Mohe. We had a delightful interaction with charming deer, and to the rhythm of jingling bells and trotting hooves, we ventured into the natural ice and snow city. Gazing at the winding, extensive border of our nation felt like being in a fairy tale, truly purifying the soul. Thank you to the hotel for providing such a haven – it was more than just accommodation; it was a conduit for transmitting Arctic culture. As the horse-drawn carriage once again traversed the snow-covered forest, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of our next icy dawn."

"This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my ten-day trip to Northeast China! Mohe was my last night on the trip, and I had been quite disappointed by previous hotels, so staying here really cheered me up. The owner was super nice, even helped with my luggage, and clearly pays great attention to details and creating a good atmosphere. The room had an instant hot water dispenser with adjustable temperature, a humidifier, and a truly beautiful view. Besides regular towels, disposable ones were also provided. Mohe was right outside the window. The price was also much better than other guesthouses I'd seen, even those with potentially nicer decor. And the toiletries were L'Occitane – that was a pleasant surprise I definitely didn't expect! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mohe in winter."

"The room was very clean, and all the towels were disposable, which was super convenient. The owner saw that our booked room wouldn't accommodate a family of three, so she upgraded us to a better room for free. We arrived very late, and our child was hungry and we hadn't brought any food. Her daughter even gave us a cup of instant noodles – truly a beautiful soul with a kind heart! She was also incredibly warm and hospitable."

"This guesthouse in Beiji Village offers a peaceful oasis despite being in a lively area. Its stylish decor makes it incredibly Instagrammable. The spacious common areas are ideal for unwinding with a book or some music. Each room boasts a unique theme. We booked the Pikachu room, which our child absolutely adored! It was the perfect size and spotlessly clean. They offer a fantastic array of unique and beautifully designed souvenirs. Guests can also collect various stamps, and our child happily collected dozens. Their newly opened Qilin branch is absolutely stunning!"

"The hardware facilities should be the best hotel in Mohe. There is also free airport pick-up and drop-off service. There is a river in front and a forest in the back. The scenery is very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It costs 5 yuan to go anywhere. The price is the same for locals and foreigners. It is very practical. The service awareness needs to be improved. There is no flexibility or accommodation. Check out at 1 o'clock. Even if the plane leaves two hours later, they will not allow late check-out. Late check-out costs extra money. You need to pay extra for mineral water. When you ask for cleaning for the extension room, they only change the bath towels. When asked why the bed is not made and the floor is not mopped, they just make it and mop it casually. I have to refute a few words, not to mention wiping the table top, repairing slippers and pulling paper. Overall, for the above advantages, I will stay in this hotel when I go to Mohe in the future because the hardware conditions are good."

"It's really good to come here to escape the heat! The south wears short sleeves. It is refreshing and comfortable during the day, and it has to cover a thin quilt at night. The natural air conditioner is too comfortable. The hotel is in the center of the village. It takes a few minutes to walk to the northernmost point and the border river. It is especially pleasant to blow the river breeze in the evening. The room was clean and transparent, the ventilation was very good and there was no moisture, the bedding was refreshing, and the washing area was spotless. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will tell us the route to watch the sunset on the riverside and find the north punch card. It also recommends local farm dishes. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the first choice for vacation relaxation."

No crowds, no traffic jams, just vibrant autumn foliage, bare white birch trunks standing tall and straight amidst the woods, and a lake as calm as a mirror, reflecting picturesque scenery. Staying here, the moment you open your eyes, the moment you step out, you're living in a painting, and that painting stays with you. Needless to say, the rooms were clean and hygienic. We booked different room types for our two-day stay, and each offered a unique view. The wide, floor-to-ceiling windows in the loft were absolutely stunning – I could have stared out of them for ages. The service was incredibly warm, and the amenities were comprehensive. The staff were enthusiastically helpful without being overbearing, the chartered driver was reliable, and the travel itinerary was thoughtfully planned. We even tried an electric-assist family bike for the first time. Plus, there were thoughtful souvenirs, exquisite and delicious breakfasts, unexpectedly tasty snacks, and a concert in the evening... Isn't this exactly what a vacation should be like?"

"The room and environment were really great in Jibei Village. In particular, the landlady was incredibly kind and helpful. I was freezing, and she upgraded me to a heated kang room for free. The stir-fried wild vegetables were also delicious. Seeing that I was alone, she even kindly offered to help me share a ride, saying that the scenery would be even more beautiful in autumn and not so cold!"
