Generally, vehicles need to be parked in a designated parking lot. Security will arrange a shuttle to take you to the hotel lobby. After check-in, a bellhop will escort you to your room. During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle. 2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the shower area. 5. The outdoor hot spring area staff were particularly enthusiastic. They reminded us about the soaking time for the high-temperature pools, asked if we wanted fresh tea, guided us around, and were very friendly when we left, informing us about the washing and resting areas. 6. For dining, I experienced the hot pot set meal for dinner here. The portion was huge; the four of us wasted quite a bit, which was a shame, but the taste was excellent. The price might even be cheaper than outside restaurants. Breakfast was similar to other Junlan hotels, featuring unique freshly made baked flatbreads and Yao family oil tea. The breakfast restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining areas. On a nice day, you can sit outdoors and enjoy your meal with views of the mountains and waters of Cifu Lake, which is relaxing and pleasant. 7. The hotel has a 24-hour convenience store where you can scan and pay yourself. A bottle of milk beer was 6 yuan. I drank four bottles; it's non-alcoholic, so I just treated it like beer – very refreshing. Conclusion: Staying at Junlan Hot Spring in Bama is the best choice. After soaking in the springs, I slept soundly that night. If I get the chance, I'd love to bring my grandma here to stay for a month. [Strong]"
