A very special mention to Mr. Deepak, who looked after us throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make our experience special. He also beautifully organized our daughter’s birthday celebration, making it a truly memorable occasion for our entire family. The resort is definitely a great place for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, or any special event. The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and the kids loved the game zone with carrom, pool, Ludo, and chess. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway and a wonderful celebration!"

"Location is a bit far from the Mahabaleshwar city. If you don't have your own vehicle, it will be too costly to move around. Hardly 2-3 restaurants in 1kms periphery. Rooms are ok, we booked super deluxe room, clean rooms- but doesn't give you the luxury vibes. Staff was great. Anytime available. Breakfast was ok. limited options. In a nutshell, budget friendly hotel, not so bad. If you are looking for luxurious hotel, this is not a best fit."

"Very bad experience from our recent stay at this hotel. Surprised to see how they have such decent reviews from other travellers. Basic amenities like running hot water and tv were a challenge. After multiple calls and 1 hour wait, they managed to get the tv running. Running hot water was still a challenge though. We had to finally ask for a bucket before we could manager to get our baths done. Shower was not an option as there was intermittent hot and cold water which made it impossible to use the shower to have a bath. Complimentary breakfast was also a disaster. Seems they are not scaled up to manage a higher capacity. There was a large group who checked out and there was no breakfast left by the time we went at around 9 am."
