I was pleasantly surprised to get a high-floor room with a much better view. Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly friendly and professional! The hotel's public areas have a strong resort vibe, and the facilities are well-maintained – perfect for snapping photos everywhere. The Paipai Island photography team was highly professional, knew all the popular photo spots, and provided natural guidance, resulting in photos with amazing atmosphere. Our dedicated butler, Lily, was warm and attentive, providing thoughtful assistance throughout, proactively guiding us with directions, and offering truly excellent service.

Traveling solo with my child, I had a 6 AM flight and landed a bit early. Years ago, I met Felix at the Pullman Sanya, so this time I thought I'd reach out to him to see if there was a room available for early check-in. I contacted him the day before, and when I arrived at the hotel the next day, after entering my information, the front desk informed me that Felix was on his day off, but he had already arranged my room! They had cleaned a room that morning as soon as a guest checked out, so I could check in directly. I was so touched! My little one was exhausted and went straight to the room for a nap, which eased this mother's worries 😔. A big thank you again to Felix!! I always stay at Pullman Yalong Bay whenever I come or my friends visit. The service is excellent, the private villas are very quiet, the scenery is beautiful, and it's convenient to get around. The price is also very reasonable! Highly recommended.
