Hyatt Regency Properties in Sanya

Booked a basic room type, but got upgraded to a fireworks-view room, which had an amazing view. The twin beds were quite spacious, enough for two adults and two children to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The room cleanliness was just so-so, with dust in some areas. What I was most dissatisfied with was the breakfast; it was crowded, chaotic, and the food wasn't very good. The hotel's beach offers a nice view, great for photos, and you can even catch hermit crabs. It's also quite convenient for visiting the theme park.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It's conveniently located near West Island and Tianya Haijiao, and only a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. The rooms are spacious, and the sea-view family room comfortably accommodated two adults and two children. We didn't go into the water at the private beach due to big waves, but we did spot some small crabs. Overall, the hotel environment is quite peaceful, offering a strong sense of relaxation, without hordes of noisy children. We didn't have to queue for breakfast or check-in. The lobby staff were very observant and proactive, helping with luggage and opening car doors with great enthusiasm. The coffee shop only offers à la carte and is a bit pricey, but ordering delivery is very convenient. Overall, we are very satisfied with the hotel.
