The room type was excellent, with great soundproofing and cleanliness. The service was very attentive, and the view from the window was even better. The butler even thoughtfully prepared a fruit platter. Oh, and the kids absolutely loved the親子中心 (family activity center) on the first floor. As soon as I entered the room, I felt like I wouldn't want to change hotels after this one.

Highly recommend this hotel! Our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself boasts a luxurious yet understated elegance and an unbeatable location right by the coastline. It features a sprawling 5,000 square meter family fun park, is adjacent to Sanya's Coconut Dream Corridor, and offers stunning views of Luhuitou. The ambiance is incredibly comfortable, and the infinity sea-view pool is simply breathtaking, perfect for capturing amazing photos and instantly setting a vacation mood. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and impeccably maintained, feeling brand new. The guest rooms are well-appointed and spacious, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. With a dedicated kids' club, a fully equipped gym, and a rooftop bar offering panoramic views, the hotel perfectly balances relaxation and entertainment, making it ideal for both couples and families. Attention to hygiene was exceptional. Public areas were spotless and clutter-free. Guest rooms were thoroughly cleaned after each check-out, with soft and pristine bedding, dry and odor-free bathrooms, and not a speck of dust in any corner, providing a truly安心 (peace of mind) and comfortable experience.

The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the subtle aroma. The wooden furnishings combined with floor-to-ceiling greenery created a quiet and elegant atmosphere, completely free from the city's hustle and bustle. Walking into the room was even more delightful; outside the window lay a vast city park. Opening the window allowed me to breathe in the fresh scent of plants, and in the evening, I could sit and watch the sunset paint the sky. The amenities also exceeded expectations: the high-definition projector was fantastic for watching shows, the mini-bar was neatly stocked with free drinks, and the bathroom featured a wet/dry separation. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable. The cleaning staff proactively tidied the room daily, and the front desk was very responsive. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was pleasant. The location is excellent, very close to Sanya Bay No. 1 Mall.

Even before we checked in, our personal concierge, Amy, proactively added me on WeChat and thoughtfully arranged our room in advance. We arrived quite early, and she patiently coordinated everything for us. The view from our booked suite was absolutely stunning – a wide-open vista overlooking the entire Sanya Bay No. 1. My only minor quibble was that since we arrived a bit early, the floor was a little low, but otherwise, everything else was great. We stayed for two nights, and the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel environment is comfortable, and the service response is prompt. Any issues we had, the concierge quickly helped resolve. It truly felt like a perfect vacation, ideal for a relaxing getaway in Sanya. Highly recommended!

This is a great family-friendly hotel. We brought our child here for a short trip during the National Day holiday and only stayed one night, but the overall experience was excellent. Amy provided warm and attentive service throughout, making the whole stay very pleasant. There's a swimming pool on the third floor for water activities, and you can access the beach right outside for playing in the sand. Our child had an absolute blast. The only minor drawback was the large crowd at breakfast during the National Day holiday, with quite a few people queuing. The hotel is in the city center and doesn't have a private beach, but getting to the public beach is very convenient and didn't affect our fun at all. It offers great value for money and comes highly recommended for families!

Came for a two-day low-season getaway. The hotel room was well-equipped, and the high-floor sea view was stunning. The buffet dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, and the night view from the rooftop bar was absolutely incredible. There's a night market nearby, making dining and drinks very convenient. A 10-minute walk takes you to the tram station, which offers easy access to the train station. Our butler, Luy, thoughtfully prepared a small gift upon check-out, showing great attention to detail. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Originally, I booked a family suite, but my family preferred the sea-view suite. So, I decided to change it. Luy helped coordinate the room arrangements and checked in with us daily, which was very thoughtful. The service was excellent, and this hotel is great.

Extremely satisfied! The hotel upgraded me to a huge suite for free, and I got to see an unbeatable sea view – so happy! 🥳 They also have an infinity pool and a fun kids' activity center, a super big playground that my child absolutely loved! 👍
