下車就有人來拿行李，不錯，但是辦入住太慢啦，一個人就要辦好久，不過我們十二點去就能住到房，這點很滿意了。一進房間黴味有點重，反映之後拿來了除濕器和空氣凈化器，服務很好。
泳池和水上樂園都是恆温的，很舒服，而且能聞到有消毒過，水上大滑梯好好玩，泳池旁邊也有救生員，救生員很認真，能聽到經常吹哨子。但是游泳圈太少啦，經常出現被借沒了的情況。
管家nicole很負責，事事有迴應，而且回答得很快，完成得也很好。點贊👍
晚上的遊園會也很有意思，火舞秀和小丑表演小孩子很喜歡，但是烤羊肉串太慢了，要排隊很久。有位扎頭髮的男服務員態度很好！
酒店親子活動做得很不錯，小孩子的洗漱用品也齊全，loohoo樂園孩子也很喜歡，玩大滑梯被擦破皮了，前台的車小姐很温柔幫我擦碘伏。户外探險地帶有個小哥很不錯，帶孩子帶得很好，孩子稱他為“好兄弟”！
餐食：早餐很豐富，我們都是在主樓吃的，雖然人很多但調動特別好，不會等很久，補餐也很快，各種口味都可以滿足。豪華閣的歡樂時光我覺得也不錯，能吃飽，味道也可以！
服務：最讓人滿意的是服務了！有什麼需求都可以送到房間門口，很多需求都能滿足！而且每位服務員態度都很好，面帶微笑很積極解決，帽子弄丟了也是及時幫我收好，一打電話就找到了，還送到了房間。衣服掉到樓下陽台也很積極地想辦法，很快就撿上來了。
之前在網上看了很多差評，很忐忑，但是自己親自住下來感覺很好！非常值得這個價格！是一次很愉快的體驗！

五星酒店中最喜歡的永遠都有香格里拉的位置，特別是疫情後許多五星酒店水準普遍降低，在內卷嚴重的酒店市場，香格里拉一直保持高標準，這次入住的三亞海棠灣香格里拉又一次提供了優雅舒適的度假體驗👍👍從踏入酒店的一刻開始，酒店地下停車位整潔乾淨，前台和客服管家微笑相迎，接駁車司機負責耐心，保潔阿姨高效高質…還有行政樓層前台訓練有素，主動引導就餐和用車…酒店同時還是著名親子酒店，設施設備齊全，讓我們很舒服的是成人住客活動空間不會與小童沖突，成人世界的休閑和各種活動都保持優雅舒適安靜。酒店專屬沙灘浪漫舒服，還配有專職安全員守望住客的安全👍最後説説恆温游泳池，水温太舒服了，明年冬天旅居時一定再多住幾天😎❤️

很不錯的體驗，園區有兩三個大泳池，還有巨大的小童樂園，房間也不錯，整體環境有點空。園區裏面有電瓶車免費接送，還有歡迎水果和首日免費的迷你吧，早餐種類很多，味道也很不錯，這個絕對好評。管家Nicole服務也貼心，酒店門口接待人員非常有禮貌，而且很主動幫助。缺點是好多團客，大廳有點雜亂。酒店到海灘的台階壞了還沒修好，衹能從旁邊比較陡的沙坡走下去。

酒店服務不錯有專屬管家，提前電話聯繫安排確認入住事宜，贈送了特色項目比較受歡迎，泳池玩得也比較開心。房間衞生不錯，除了一個枕套有污點第二天睡醒才發現。洗浴區比較滑，需要提高警惕。

聽説在沒有亞特之前，香格里拉是三亞親子的天花板，所以在之前住過北海香格里拉不是很滿意的情況下，在三亞再次選擇了香格里拉這個品牌。一些好的記憶點，比如走進陽台盡收眼底的大草坪帶來的療養的感覺；比如淋浴間花灑兩個檔位，友好的照顧小朋友的高度；比如開到晚上的恆温泳池，出水就能披上的熱毯子，夜泳太舒服，還有單獨的更衣室很方便。房間沒有黴味，也沒有蟑螂螞蟻，但是有被蚊子咬醒。VR設備算是錦上添花，挺有趣的。迷你吧也不全是酒和氣泡水，還有果汁。早餐大廚推薦的網紅飯真的很好吃！最近聖誕節的氛圍很濃，拍照出片。小朋友除了水裡的活動，還有玩沙、卡丁車、蹦蹦床、一些互動小遊戲、廚藝課堂，小火車等放電活動。以上，真的已經夠好了，怪就怪同行的服務太卷，先住了亞特和仁恆再來，沒有對比就沒有傷害，兩次香格里拉的體驗都有種高高在上的冷漠和疏離，大概率是不會再嘗試這個品牌了。還有想吐槽的就是礦泉水用冰露，還有室內小童樂園要收費，萌寵單獨喂要收費，但是豐儉由人，不合適就不去消費就行，衹是顯得酒店有丟丟不夠大氣。

非常感謝我們專員rodri，給小朋友準備小禮物。入住前一天就提前加我們微信，非常好的一次旅行體驗，香格里拉非常適合親子出行，帶孩子各種項目玩都玩不過來。酒店到處都充斥着小巧思，幾乎沒有再收費的項目，入住期間rodri回覆的非常快體貼和及時，幫我們那行李等等 最後退房的時候還把我們去申請了延遲退房 總之，非常好的體驗！！

〖真實評價·不吹不黑〗
一. 服務
1. 入駐：沒有出現網上説的3點還不給入駐. 也沒有出現等很久的情況. 門僮很熱情的幫忙從出租車上搬運行李, 並給了行李牌. 前台能夠快速辦理入住. 並且, 有一對一服務員引領到房間, 還細心講解酒店各個樓宇/設施的位置. P.S: 我在攜程上的備註, 酒店也如實收到並執行了.
2. 入住期間日常：所有工作人員會跟你問好. 各種設施的工作人員會為你耐心講解. 每日打掃的阿姨也非常Nice.
二. 環境
1. 酒店地處海棠灣中間, 往北有亞特蘭蒂斯和免税城, 往南有各種酒店和村莊, 佔地面積很大, 綠化非常Nice, 大草坪不僅養眼, 小朋友跑起來也非常開心.
2. 每日清晨都能看到工作人員在各處打掃修繕, 給住客的感覺非常好.
3. 房間的裝修雖然風格比較老, 但硬件狀態維護的還可以, 並不覺得陳舊, 如果是親子出遊, 或者一大家子出遊, 非常推薦這裏.
三. 衞生
1. 房間衞生條件做的還是相對到位的, 你也可以在訂房時, 使用攜程的備註, 讓酒店對衞生、床品等做一次檢查.
四. 設施
1. 非常健全. 游泳池就有三個. 健身房、大草坪、Mini動物樂園、室內遊樂場、小朋友騎馬/騎鴕鳥、遊園小火車、沙坑樂園等等設施都有, 大部分免費.
2. 泳池開完晚上10點, 並且恆温31度, 北方人冬天來也能玩兒的很爽, 泳池服務枱還提供恆温浴巾, 並且有非常淺的低齡幼童泳池, 每天還有泡泡派對,
3. 如果你是帶娃出行, 正在考慮酒店, 那你可以無腦訂了, 酒店內就可以讓娃玩兒的很爽很開心.
五. 餐飲
1. 這裏要吐槽一下, 早餐味道一般般. 真的一般般.
2. 如果你出酒店了, 那麼十有八九是因為不願意吃餐廳的飯了.
六. 活動
1. 活動很多, 掃碼進小程序報名或者給禮品部打電話, 都可以報名. 淡季參與活動的小朋友少到可憐, 你甚至能不花錢享受的1對1活動服務. 體驗非常好.
