I asked for a solution adequate to my needs and the high price I paid ( Even though I am a 9 year returning costumer and so I have a discount) . Nobody answered the email and nobody gave me a solution. This is the last time I will go there. Everyone from the director to the receptionist was either ignoring me or rude. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND TO NOT GO TO THE HOTEL. NOBODY CARES ABOUT. MY HOLIDAY IS RUINED AND IS NOT EVEN STARTED"
