"We arrived at the hotel at 4 or 5 pm on the day of check-in, and there was no sound of renovation next to us. But the next morning at 7 or 8, the next door (right next to it) started to renovate, and I couldn't sleep at all. The housekeeper meant "I can't do it". If you can't do this little thing, do you deserve this price?
