"Don't be fooled by the name. From the communication skills at the front desk to the rooms, they don't look like a normal hotel. They are dirty and expensive."

"This hotel has everything an Out of Towner needs. The front desk attendants speak fluent English and are very welcoming. The room I stayed in was large, clean and comfy. There are many TV channels but few in English. WiFi worked well. The shower produces plenty of hot water, just not in the first 5 minutes. Safety was not a concern as the entire facility is fenced in and there are guards at the entrance. Breakfast in the lobby is very good with many hot buffet style choices and fresh fruit and yogurt. Happy hour at the American Sports Facility behind the hotel is nice with free beverages and snacks. They are currently revamping the patio but when it is done it will be a comfy outdoor relax spot with a charcoal grill for public use. The indoor pool looks nice although I didn't use it. Laundry facility on the second floor is clean and useful. There are a lot of well lit parking spots and a number of restaurants that can safely be walked to and from. If you must travel to Saltillo for work this is an ideal spot to stay."
