"I made my reservation through Trip.com and I had a payable amount of $3, 900.70 MXN. However, when I arrived at the hotel to check in, they commented that the amount was $4, 397.19 MXN. When they showed them my booking confirmation email and the amount for which I had booked, they commented that it was certainly a matter for the exchange rate. However, I made the observation that I reserved in MXN and the amount was in MXN, which had not because there was that detail, and yet, it is a 12.73% difference, something abuse to be by exchange rate. After insisting a few times that they were reviewing it, they were not able to correct the amount arguing that that was the price that passed to you TRIP.COM and that they could not modify it (even when I taught them the mail with the price of my reservation). It's the first time in my life I pay a different amount than that came in my booking. I'm very disappointed and I would like a refund to me. Attach a photo of the bill where the amount that was charged comes to me."

There was a happy hour each night (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) from 5:30 to 7:00 with snacks and free beer. Not a bad way to go."

"We stayed for 8 nights with our 18 month baby. The hotel was wonderful. The room was so much nicer than the pictures shown here. We had down comforters, the room was renovated and very clean. The two bedroom two bath was just what we needed traveling with a toddler. I would recommend bringing your own crib. The one they provided was too small, it was the size of a bassinet."
