"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The front desk was sloppy, the windows could be opened from inside the room, and it was the perfect location for someone wanting to jump off a building to commit suicide!! The loungewear was half-length sleeves on both the top and bottom... It's not even summer, and the whole room was retro and analog! Enough with the anachronism!! There was also a hand-drawn map of the surrounding area, but restaurants and convenience stores were only 10-15 minutes on foot...or 10-15 minutes by car...unbelievable inconvenience. This was the worst hotel ever. If you like hotels like this, please come and stay!!"

"I always use this hotel when I travel from Nagoya to visit relatives in Ehime. This time, I booked a non-smoking twin room with a private bath. The small balcony was a nice touch. The staff were very kind; even though I arrived a little early, they gave me my room key. It's conveniently located near my relatives' house, and there are shops and convenience stores nearby. Next time, I think I'll book a room with breakfast included. It was a short and hectic one-night stay, but I had a comfortable time at the hotel. Thank you very much."
