However, when the night shift staff came to check, they looked at me strangely, asking why I was complaining and threatening to check out over something like this. It is truly the worst. A hotel should prioritize cleanliness above all else, and whether the bugs are big or small, isn't that something the guest has to bear? I absolutely do not recommend this place."
