"Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. The problems started when I requested room cleaning one day in advance, exactly as instructed by the hotel. Despite several reminders and multiple promises that the room would be cleaned, nobody ever came. We were then moved from Room 811 to Room 829, only to discover that the hand soap dispenser was empty and that there was no cold water available in the room, only extremely hot water. Another replacement room that was shown to us had a blocked sink drain, and we were eventually moved again to Room 711. After moving all of our luggage and belongings for a second time, we discovered that the shower drain was blocked as well. Water overflowed from the bathroom and spread into the room, affecting some of our personal belongings. One of the most frustrating aspects of this stay was that there was no practical way to contact reception from the room, forcing me to repeatedly go downstairs whenever a problem occurred. The most serious incident happened when a male staff member entered our room using a hotel key card while my wife was inside the room and I was temporarily away. He only left after my children shouted and alerted him that the room was occupied. Later, I was told this was a mistake and that he intended to clean the room. This explanation was very concerning because the hotel had previously informed me that housekeeping is not performed automatically and must be requested in advance. During these ongoing issues, I formally requested that the hotel cancel the remaining part of my reservation and refund the unused nights. Although I understood that the reservation was officially non-refundable, I requested an exception because of the extraordinary circumstances. Unfortunately, I never received any response from hotel management. After the room-entry incident, my family completely lost its sense of security. For the remainder of our stay, we no longer felt safe or comfortable. What should have been a relaxing family stay turned into a stressful and exhausting experience. All of these incidents have been documented with photos, videos, and written communication. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to families seeking comfort, privacy, and peace of mind."

"I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here; I always choose this place to watch matches. The location is great, close to the train station but not noisy. The price is cheap and affordable, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel room layout is square, there is a small paradise outside the window, there is a swing. The furnishings of the room are very artistic, with handwritten cards and daily pastries. The breakfast was delicious and the service was good. The only regret is that the hotel restaurant is closed on the local public holiday and has not been tasted."

"I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked for four people, and about 15 minutes later I realized I had booked the second location of our trip (my mistake). So I immediately tried to cancel; our arrival date was supposed to be at the end of April. Ten hours later, I received a message that I still had to pay the full cancellation fees (186 euros for two rooms). I find it very unfair of this hotel to double-charge (or even more if there are further cancellations) when the trip wasn't for another three months. In my opinion, this is a rip-off, and I will definitely not recommend this hotel to friends, relatives, etc. (with this warning)."
