"Superb, will use again and highly recommended. Very clean, great off street parking and friendliest staff you could imagine. Room was immaculate and quiet. For once, everything worked perfectly too. We had a nice 'house beer' in the bar too. Was very quiet when we stayed. Town centre is a short walk (not for elderly or disabled though) and is a fabulous town centre to visit. Plenty of bars and restaurants in town and on the riverfront."

"During my stay at this hotel, I experienced a very shocking and concerning incident: a stranger was able to enter my room directly. I immediately reported this issue to the hotel staff. They told me that there are cameras in the hallway and said they would look into the matter. However, three working days have passed and I have received no response or explanation at all.This raises serious concerns about guest safety, room access control, and the hotel’s handling of security incidents. I still do not know: Who the person was Why that person was able to enter my room What happend?????? The lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and provides a clear explanation."

"If you're out on the lash and it's winter then this place is fine otherwise go elsewhere Rooms were really hot and stuffy so I never needed the sauna If you oped the window it was too noisy! In fact even with the window shut it was noisy with thin walls. You could hear people snoring The pool was too cold for me despite being hot Staff friendly and helpful enough albeit forgot to give me a wake up call and order a taxi You get what you pay for! "
