"Bedroom is fine to the expected standards. Just very disappointed with the breakfast and staff at the restaurant. There is no variety at breakfast, just scrambled eggs stacked like bricks. Need to really improve on breakfast and also train your staff on customer service and always taking note of Guests leaving and making sure next Guest doesnt have to clean and tidy their own table."

"Overall not an outstanding place. I stayed here for one night and I could not wait for the night to be over. Although the linen was clean and comfortable, the room itself was not clean and had a lot of dust. There were spider webs everywhere and even more so under the tables, in the showers, and in the bathroom. This was quite jarring as you’d expect that they should have cleaned the room when replacing the linen etc. "

The lake barge cruise is amazing! Not a lot of places in SA has a lake, hiking trails and wildlife. Service is great! The staff is highly trained, friendly and professional. "Nicely located in the center of town, the hotel offers nice rooms with fridge and microwave, free parking and a full bathroom including bathtub. A big lounge and outdoor space can be used by guests. The neighborhood is quite and safe, internet was fast and reliable. It is worth noting that the hotel doesn't offer any food or drinks other than breakfast, so you better come prepared or go out for dinner. We definitely found our place for future visits.
