"I've never stayed in a hotel so bad. When we first got to our room, the room wasn't cleaned. Okay, it happens. Second room, had been "cleaned" but was very very dirty. We pull the couch/bed out, and there was a toothbrush and other debris in there - except, no mattress. Third room, not even passable, but we had no choice. Light fixtures missing bulbs. Bathroom light, missing 3 of 5 bulbs. A gap in the door, you could slide a deck of cards through. Absolutely awful. Walked over the Home 2 Suites and begged for a room. Had to stay one night (out of 4) in this place. Teenaged daughter cried at how disgusting this hotel is."
