"Excellent hotel, I had a great time! Clean, neat, big bath, soap, gels, towels. There were only no slippers and kettle in the room, but on the 1st floor you can ask for boiling water or coffee. The bed is huge, it is comfortable to sleep, memory pillow, takes the right position. Very quiet, no noise from cars, good WiFi. The hotel is located next to the bus station, there is a bridge, arena, cafe nearby. I recommend 👍"

"No hot water in the shower. The guests I spoke had the same experience. Every review is talking about this and it seems this is a problem which is there for a long time. The restaurant was coosed. They only open it when enough guests. So when you expect to have some amenities at the place, there are non. The breakfast was nice, but full of flies. There is peakock poop everywhere. The water in the pool is freezing cold The city of Ronda is not so closeby. To the parking spot is about 15-17min. Overall I would not recommend the place. Beautiful but very bad service and no hot water for ages. "

"This hotel is in a great location, near the New Bridge of Ronda, but the name is similar to that of a hotel near the New Bridge. We were directed to the underground garage by the navigation system. This hotel does not have many rooms, but the facilities are very good, with a kitchen, front and back terraces. If you want to stay a few days in Ronda, it is a good choice. The garage is on the left side of the hotel. The hotel will give you the key. When you check out, just leave the room card and key at the front desk. There are many restaurants nearby."
