Rompin Beach Resorts ★★★
"Needs a proper clean and a bit of upgrading, but kinda passable for a night. We had a room on the third floor of the main block and it was mostly clean - just the fridge that needs to be thrown away as the smell and mould was beyond repair. The shower didnt work that well - no pressure, didnt get very hot and didnt drain properly. But sheets clean and beds comfortable. Pool was okay and the kids enjoyed it for a while, just nowhere for anyone to sit comfortably around the pool. And all the "resort" facilities are so so dated and in need of replacement. Breakfast was basic. Location far out of town."
Rompin Rainforest Lodge ★★★
"What a wonderful spot! The lodge is very tastefully decorated. The service is incredibly friendly. The food is perfectly fine. The tours are interesting. (Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, you can't do your own tours into the rainforest). We also saw animals: snakes, and many more… The restaurant area is fantastic. The sounds of the rainforest are a delight. It's a shame we were only here for two nights. I wish the team all the best in further developing their concept for rainforest conservation…"
Hotel Seri Malaysia Rompin ★★
"Not much hotel selection in Rompin and I believe this is the best 1."
Villea Rompin Resort & Golf ★★★★
"We booked 2 rooms and one of the room occupied by my niece had cockroaches crawling in the night. My niece feedback : Absolutely terrible. At 1am, I was woken up by the sight of cockroaches scurrying across the room. I managed to kill one, and not more than 20 minutes later, another cockroach appeared. It’s appalling that the hotel has such poor hygiene standards, and I feel absolutely disgusted by it. Would strongly advise anyone planning to stay here to reconsider."
Hotel Jeti Tg Gemok ★★★
"Good location, reasonable price"
Hotel Vogue Rompin ★★
"Comfortable room for short stay. There is also a restaurant downstairs of the hotel, no need to go to the city to find food. Overall good."
Berjaya Tioman Resort ★★★★

Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort
"front desk staff is rude(the man on duty on 13/6 n 14/6 am) room service team is much better , responds is fast & helpful ,very polite too. sea view is blocked by new rooms build up , what a shame . swimming pool is dirty , all the sliding doors in the rooms are stuck , can not open well. Fulls of insects in the room. No more beachfront view as blocked by another villa in front."
Juara Ocean Chalet
"On September 22, we checked in at Juara Ocean Chalet around 2 p.m. and spent a relaxing afternoon by the beach, enjoying the peaceful island atmosphere. In the evening, we had a delicious seafood dinner at a local restaurant, featuring fresh fish and prawns. The next morning, my child and I joined an exciting boat trip covering five snorkeling spots, where we saw colorful coral reefs and tropical fish. After returning to shore, we enjoyed a simple yet flavorful Malay lunch and relaxed by the sea for the rest of the day."
1511 Coconut Grove
"1511 Coconut Grove feels like something you read from a magazine that you never imagine getting to experience. Tioman Island is truly a magical place indeed and this resort is the most perfect location I’ve found! We will be coming back again and again. All local staff who knows hospitality standards of western travelers!"
The Boathouse Pulau Tioman
"If you wanna chill out in a beach. Then here is the place where you must go. The food is great. The rooms is amazing. But just beware of ant!"

"Good service"
Cahaya Asah Resort Tioman Island
"Very friendly boss. Peaceful beautiful place to chill and relax."
Juara Mutiara Resort
"The room had lizards and cockroaches. Bedsheets were dirty."
Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort Tioman Island- All Inclusive Package
"The rooms were kept pretty clean, though naturally, don't compare them to a luxury 5 or 6-star hotel. The staff were quite friendly. There are lots of monkeys around, so be sure not to leave any food unattended outside, as they're quick to snatch it. The natural surroundings are lovely, and if you have some spare time, you can hike up the mountain behind the hotel for excellent views."
Tioman Dive Resort
"Stayed for my open water course Clean ,comfortable , safe Aircon is good Just that bath room tends to flood abit. Smart Tv provided Daily clean towels are provides Big space , would be good if they have a washing machine provided. Good that they provide rack to dry out clothes and swimsuit"
Minang Cove Resort
"We were so sad to leave Minang Cove today after an amazing vacation. The resort felt very quiet and out of the way and we spent most days just swimming and kayaking and relaxing with cocktails at the beautiful beach. For more adventurous types there is also hiking, snorkeling, boat trips and so on but we were happy to just chill. Our room was comfortable, clean, spacious and the best part was the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We traveled with our toddler son and found the resort very family friendly with high chairs, cribs and toddler sized life vests. The beach is also really kid friendly with very calm, warm water which gets deeper very gradually. We really had an amazing time and considering what we’ve seen of the rest of the island, are 100% certain we picked the best possible place to stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday in a beautiful place far from the crowds I couldn’t recommend Minang Cove Resort more highly."
Paya Debloc Village
"the hotel located just infront of the jetty, and is close to eveeywhere u wish to go. staff is friendly and room is clean. Overall stay is satisfied but breakfast option for 3days is almost same."
Papaya Resort
"The location is very convenient near the pier, and there are shops and restaurants around. The room facilities are relatively old. It is difficult to get people to buy diving packages here, but the service is still enthusiastic."
