"It's definitely not comparable to the ones in China. It's just the standard of a domestic express hotel. The surrounding is relatively quiet. I took the wrong bus yesterday and had to stay in Vercelli. The place is not big. I walked from the station to the hotel. Breakfast is included and it's ok. There are cakes, bread, biscuits, milk, juice and yogurt. There are just a few vegetables, only lettuce and tomatoes. Overall it's ok. If you want to go to Vercelli, this is the only one"

At the beginning of our stay, we experienced a few issues with our room, mainly due to the hot weather, which made our stay less comfortable than expected. However, the reception team responded immediately and handled the situation with great professionalism by arranging a room change without delay. We would especially like to thank Nicholas for his kindness, efficiency, and the excellent solution he provided. His prompt assistance completely changed our experience and made us feel truly valued as guests. Initially, because of the problems we encountered, we thought we probably wouldn't return. However, after seeing how quickly and professionally everything was resolved, we realized it was simply an unfortunate situation rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards."

"We had planned to stay one night, on a spur of the moment choice, on our way to Turin, but fell in love with the area, the hotel and, especially, Dana and Antonio, the managers. We made day trips throughout Tuscany, and really appreciated the recommendations that Dana made. They saved us a lot of time and gave us the chance to visit places we had not considered. Breakfast every morning was at least 3 stars, and Dana's tour along with her history lesson of the Palazzo made it a most memorable stay. I'll stay there again the next time I visit Italy."
