"1. Check-in. I presented to the receptionist my reservation and they confirmed the booking but to whatever their reason, they took me more than 30 mins to wait for my check-in. They handed me 2 bottled water as a courtesy. 2. The door is stocked that I need to call for assistance to open the door for me. Upon entry, I immediately go to the toilet. The lio is broken and wet that someone might have peed before my use. The lip of the cover is broken. No tissue for wipes after use. 3. The AC is not working that I need to take shower to cool down my body before i go to bed yet there is no hot water in the shower itself. 4. On bed, i searched for the towels and blanket but provided with not too white worn out towels and a dirty white blanket. 5. The following day, I requested for housekeeping but according to the receptionist, they are not allowed to do the housekeeping without the customer inside so I need to bring all my heavy things then come back. 6. When i come back at night, i asked for my room card and they took another 30-45 mins waiting time. Too my surprise the receptionist mentioned that the room is free and ready for occupancy again. 7. Upon entry again, I ask for a bottled water but asked me to pay again. The second day do not have a complimentary water same as other hotels. 8. Not so clean and not so good anymore."

"Overall we had a great stay with Ate Agnes kindly assisted us during check-in. There's a secured parking. The place is quiet, we actually thought that we will hear noises inside our room since there's a family who stayed on both sides of our room but there's none. There's a smart tv to binge-watch. A lot of stores and even markets just outside the place. I just don't know if the room we booked really doesn't have a hot shower option as stated in the room description. Unfortunately the toilet flush isn't working and thus needed to manually flushed it with a pail of water. Also, hopefully there could also be additional plates or bowls and some cleaning items such as broom to clean the room. Still, kudos! ❣️"

"The hotel is easily found near the highway. Public transportation in the area mainly relies on tricycles; taxis are almost nonexistent, so foreigners like us who came from afar would definitely need to rent a car. The hotel is quite secluded and not crowded, but you can easily find staff to help you if needed. You can enjoy a relaxing time here. Recreational facilities such as a swimming pool and hammocks are available. The rooms are like detached villas; I thought the room size was quite good, with air conditioning, windows, and toiletries provided. However, the water in the bathroom stayed cold even after I left it running for a long time. Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant, featuring eggs, fried sausages, fried spring rolls, pickled vegetables, and rice. The food is good, but it's the same every day. However, considering the convenience, being able to get up early for a hearty breakfast every day is quite nice. The staff are very helpful and welcoming; overall, it's a great place to stay."

"Place is not sound proof end up sleeping late because of noise coming outside, people playing tennis up to 1am. No receptionist, no food available for dinner even it's only around 6pm. Not as advertised."
