"All the staff are friendly and helpful. however our bathroom is stinky, the staff said it's from the drainage.. It's hard to use it even with exhaust, I feel Im in a public CR. but overall stay is okay"

"The elevator was not working for my entire stay of 4d3n. I had a two year old in tow so i had to climb two flights up for the buffet lagi after crossing from the other building. If the weather was bad, this would have been a nightmare. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Staff is 10/10. The room is good pero hindi consistent ang water pressure (and therefore, yung init ng tubig). Especially if you're bathing a kid, you have to be really careful how you set it. I love how my laptop fits sa security deposit box tho. A suggestion: include a map! I forgot there was even a play area and I'm sure my daughter would have enjoyed it."

"Staff are great, friendly, respectful, responsive, and accommodate reasonable requests. Any issues that arise are quickly addressed. Parking is available, pool is clean, and gym has the right equipment available. The hotel itself though is showing its age, and in dire need of maintenance."

"We booked 2 night stay at the place and its been quite a disappointment. For the price that we paid 30k about $500 dollars in total our expectation was to have our needs and accommodation at the very least heard. There is no breakfast buffet when it said breakfast buffet when we booked, they did serve breakfast and i ordered chicken and waffle but it doesnt have a darn chicken, I had to pay extra just to get a coffee refill to the only place open which is lorenzo. I had to wait until 7am to even get a darn coffee in this place so if youre an early bird goodluck. There is no convenient store, there is no store period. I tried to walk out to the streets to find coffee and breakfast but there is literally nothing outside. It’s a disappointment. They asked us to not bring food so now were starving until their restaurant open. Which is very limited in Menu and their hours. We asked for a high chair for a baby and they cant even provide simple accommodation. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they refused. Such a beautiful place, beautiful architecture but what a horrible accommodation for 15k pesos a night this is an absolute waste of money. Sean and the servers at Lorenzo restaurant was the only people willing to hear us and accommodate us during our stay. I would not recommend staying or even doing an event here."

"The place is nice, rooms were big.  Just need to improve restaurant that is friendly to minors.  Brekfast Buffet will depends on number of  guest.  Unfortunately during our stay, they have only few guest and the food was served to our room.  The  Good side of it was, it feels like the place is exclusive."
