"The location is unreal. It is just beautiful from every angle— from the floor to ceiling windows, and balcony views from our room, to the view from the infinity pool. The staff gets an A+ for their engagement, friendly actions, and kindness. My husband enjoyed a 75-minute massage, and I enjoyed both a massage and a facial. Interestingly, we both reported a different review of our experiences, but all was lovely. A board is posted in the lobby where you can sign up for all kinds activities from yoga to guided hikes or e-bike rides, Pilates and more. Three saunas are located in the woods, and although we did not make use of them, we went to look, and they were fabulous. The sign for no bathing suits allowed for one of the saunas needs to be larger! The food is incredible. They serve a buffet style with hot made-to-order entrées for breakfast and lunch of a buffet, meats, salads, hot dish and desserts. Dinner is multicourse feast with so many options. The servers, particularly our server Anika, are so knowledgeable; we enjoyed several wine tastings with Anika’s guidance. Wines and beers are available at lunch, and a bartender provides beautiful mixed drinks in the early evening prior to the dinner time. This is a fabulous hotel experience, and we wished we had planned more time to stay!"

"I arrived with my wife from a very sticky Verona by car, feeling fairly depleted, and rather like Hans Castorp arriving on The Magic Mountain. And sure enough we were welcomed with a drink by Klaus, the owner/proprietor, and I began to feel waves of wellness float over me immediately. The hotel is quite unique. It is family run and has a very personal, understated quality about it. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful. From the dining terrace one sits looking over the small lake to a vista of rather gothic mountains in the distance. The food is delicious, wholesome and excellent. Accompanied by a generous buffet for those who wish to supplement it. And, of course, the superb wines of Alto Adige. The staff are charming and efficient. The bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Plus one gets the Ritten Card - for free transport on trains and cable cars to all the many local resorts and attractions. At the end of our week I was refreshed, renovated and raring to go. What more can I say? We shall be back!"

"This property has the best hosts. She is kind, caring and humorous. Thanks to her, I was able to have a great trip. The juice made by grinding carrots and apples for breakfast was really delicious. The cabin is also very pretty."

Adler Lodge Ritten ★★★★★
"Beautiful hotel in an incredible setting. The views, spa area, and overall atmosphere are truly relaxing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable. The bar keeper is great and a great improvement. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the breakfast and dinner options started to feel a bit repetitive, and the quality of the dessert and main course ( meat) does not match the standard expected for a hotel at this price level. Also waiters at breakfast seemed rushed. compared to last times it got worse e.g. the entrecôte was hard, the lamb etc. Nothing major, but just a few small details that could make the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway in the Dolomites."

Panoramahotel Unterinnerhof ★★★
"If you ask me what the Unterinnerhof Hotel is like, I can only say it was unexpectedly fantastic. I spent the most enjoyable three-day New Year's holiday ever here with my friends. The hotel is nestled in a quiet valley surrounded by mountains. We arrived a little early on the 31st at noon, and the owner warmly welcomed us and helped us carry our heavy suitcases to our room. Being allowed early check-in, we were able to relax in the afternoon. The bed was very comfortable, and the blankets were light yet warm. The room had heating and a TV, as well as disposable paper cups and shampoo. The hot water was perfectly heated. As for the food, this was the best part! We only had pizza on the first night because I noticed many Google reviews recommending it, and yes, it was delicious. But I highly recommend the pasta! It was the best pasta I've ever had, whether it was my Maccheroni Alla Pastora or my friend's Spaghetti Alla Amatrichana. Finally, we ordered the meat and roasted potatoes from the next page of the menu, which were also delicious. Furthermore, the owner offered us complimentary drinks at the bar many times, which I found incredibly kind. On our last day, they even gave us a bottle of wine – we were very grateful. Since I booked this hotel through a Chinese app, I can't write this review elsewhere, so I'm writing it here. If you're reading this, what are you waiting for? Book this hotel now!"

Hotel Lichtenstern ★★★
"In the Renon valley there are many hotels worthy of a stay, the Liechtenstein is advertised as one of the best. In fact the location is very beautiful, you can enjoy a beautiful view, the hotel was renovated a few years ago and the cuisine is good. It's a shame for the service which is not quite up to par. Given that for two nights, two of us, between stay and extras we paid around 600 euros (a bottle of natural water 0.75 - 5 €) when we arrived we requested, the same evening, two different pillows from those present in the room immediately, to silence the request, we were given two pillows that are usually used on sofas. After that, even though in the following two days we repeatedly requested at least one pillow we were never given it, every time they saw us the owners smiled and said Ah yes the pillows! but they never provided them to us. From a three-star plus hotel with the prices of a three-star plus I would expect better service and more attentive and polite attention to customer needs."
