"Small, friendly hotel. Very ameniable staff, always willing to help and advise. Beautiful setting. Please note that it is a bit further out from Riposto station and a walk from the local restaurants, especially in the heat! I would recommend hiring a car for your stay. We ate in the restaurant one evening and it was excellent; they were very flexible and catered to our dietary needs. Luca was particularly helpful."

"It’s a shame this review isn’t higher. If I could sum up zash in two words it would be “untapped potential”. This property is stunning, and the food is excellent, but for the price of a private villa at $1190 euros it’s not worth it. As a fan of modern architecture, it is sight to marvel. But ultimately we felt the experience lacking due to the lack of service and minor details. PROS -Beautiful property is idyllic citrus groves -Private villa has its own pool, sauna and steam room -Amazing restaurant (good service at the bars and restaurant) CONS -We found a giant hairball right when we came into our room by the bedside table -Hotel staff comes off disgruntled and generally not helpful -Turn down service was virtually non existent (we left our key card in room and they didn’t clean anything and glasses sat on our deck for 2 days) -Nothing was self explanatory in room and the staff wasn’t very helpful (ac unit, sauna, etc) -then minor things were just icing on the cake, like when we left our kindle and it was just we can’t help figure it out (again minor but at that point we grew accustomed to generally unhelpful staff)"

"Walk a few short blocks to the harbor and the plaza. Restaurants, bars, and local merchant shopping all within a few minutes. The room is clean and comfortable. Vincenzo is a terific host, and I will book here when I return!"

"Stayed here for a destination wedding that was about 10 minutes away, VERY clean older B&B. Loved the pictures and antiques. There is no lift and quite a few stairs so carrying bags up was a little bit hard. In a very safe and pituresque neighborhood. Would recommend stay here if you have a car as there are no close taxis or Ubers (they come from Taromina and will charge you). Not sure sure what towns or activities are around (town very quiet) and we only stayed the two nights."

"I really enjoyed my time here, it was exactly what I was looking for. Near the beach, near some good restaurants, and easy to get to the train station for a short trip to Taormina or Catania. Stefania made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided daily too. Breakfast was always great with Stefania's home made cakes amd good coffee. A really pleasant place to stay."

He made us feel completely at home and entertained us with amazing stories from his global experiences.
