"I booked this as a surprise for my partners birthday and he was definately surprised. We were upgraded on arrival to a Junior Suite from our executive room which was simply amazing. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne in our room and some other complimentary goodies which was also very lovely. We ate in the Orchard Restaurant and again he was welcomed by the Restaurant Manager and given a Birthday Card. The food was delicious and the atmosphere with the live band playing was perfect. A really lovely stay and would look forward to going again."

"A group of 4 friends met for a meal. The customer service was brilliant. They were so attentive, accommodating and friendly. We had a lovely, relaxed evening with fires burning and super food. Two of us had the steak which came with a bottle of wine. The steak was perfectly cooked and we asked to take the wine away with us. Due to merry chatting, we forgot it. The lovely staff saved it for us to pick up later. We shall definitely be back."
