"The building is an annex across the street from a mansion with access to the beach. Very modern, with top-notch facilities, a very large room with large windows (with a partial sea view), and its own garage. The downside: it's located in the more luxurious residential area, but further from the "historic center" of Ribadesella. Therefore, you'll need a car to get out (cross a bridge over the river), or walk a few meters to reach a restaurant (there are a few nearby, but they're not very busy outside of summer). The hotel itself was excellent."

"Too expensive for what they offer. We booked this hotel because it has a pool (a lot of pictures of their pool are shown on their website). But when you arrive, they tell you, that you have to pay extra for a swim in that pool! So above the room rate of 280€/night we had to pay €40 for 2 for a swim!! The rooms are clean, but small and we both bounced our heads against the ceiling. We won’t go back to this hotel."

"The Don Pepe was immaculate inside and outside. The garden area was immaculate. I dont know why there are no tables in the garden at the front sea view area as we would have definitely had a few drinks there. We booked a seaview room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Water provided. We didn't eat there but probably should have as it was quite a walk into the town although there were some bars and restaurants close to the hotel. An excellent 3 star hotel. Will definitely stay there again."

"I stayed with my partner for a weekend and from the moment we arrived everything was exceptional. The hotel, despite appearing classic on the outside, is decorated in a modernist design and is located right next to the seafront in a very quiet area. The most notable thing, apart from the spacious and very clean room, was the attention of the staff who were always attentive to any need. Breakfast takes place in the hotel's restaurant "Ayalga", recognised with a Michelin star, with views of the seafront and where you can breathe tranquility due to the atmosphere generated by its friendly staff. As there are a limited number of tables, the staff is constantly attentive throughout the service, which makes it unnecessary to get up from the table at any time during the service. A detail that seemed surprising to me, and that I had never experienced in any hotel, was that, it being my partner's birthday and without notifying the hotel of this, they surprised her at breakfast with a small cheesecake with a candle, as well as a detail in the room. In short, a 10. It is the attention received and this level of detail that makes the difference and makes you always remember a hotel, making us repeat."
