"Located about a 10-15 minutes’ walk from Pai’s walking-street, they offer a shuttle service if you want to avoid the walk. The hotel seems to have been designed as an upscale resort but have seen better days. The upkeep is lacking and aging is apparent everywhere. My room was spacious and comfortable and had all amenities you would find at a 4-star hotel. The bathroom had a walk-in shower that had strong signs of mold. It was raining a lot during my 3-night stay and every time it rained there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom or right outside the bathroom window. The smell was so bad that housekeeping left the front door partially open every day after cleaning to air out the room. The outdoor areas have concrete paved walking paths across that are very moldy and in desperate need or a power-wash.
My room was cleaned daily, towels replaced and water bottles replenished.
Breakfast was rich with a lot of choices. Lots of fresh vegetables, fruit and a selection of cooked dishes. I let the kitchen know I was a vegan and they gladly offered to cook a special dish of vegetable fried rice for me."

"The location is great, just a 3-minute drive from the town center. It's near the bus station, and renting a scooter is very convenient. The environment is lovely and quiet. There's a 7-Eleven within walking distance, just a short stroll away. The service is excellent, with freshly made breakfast every morning.
I recommend renting a scooter near the bus station; it's much more convenient for dining, massages, and visiting attractions."

"This should be the best hotel in Pai. I booked a villa because I liked the bathtub and gazebo by the window. It was a little expensive, but it was very comfortable. The hotel did a good job of insect prevention. I was not bothered by mosquitoes for two nights in the gazebo. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The shuttle bus service was very considerate and available whenever I called. The hygiene was first-class. The only regret was that I only stayed for two nights and didn't enjoy it enough."

"The hotel is located directly in the tourist center of Pai. Very lively and noisy in the evenings and at night (!) location.
We lived in a double villa. The condition is satisfactory, but requires updating. There were problems with the removal of water from the sink in the toilet. The partition with the neighboring room is ”paper”.
The TV is old, without USB. The set of channels is standard through a set-top box that did not read flash drives with NTFS.
Cleaning on request.
There is a swimming pool, but, alas, the water does not warm up to comfortable temperatures (end of November 2024).
In general, the impressions of staying at the hotel are good. Price / quality meet expectations."

"I wish I had discovered this place when I first arrived in Pai! I only moved here on the day I was leaving, and it was such a pleasant surprise. The property is clean, green, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, even offering me a free ride to the taxi stand.
The atmosphere is lively, and from what I observed, people genuinely enjoy staying here. The huts are charming and definitely offer great value for money. I forgot to book breakfast, so I can’t comment on that."

"The room was good. The second-floor sky room we lived in had relatively few mosquitoes and had a balcony, but it was blocked by a tree and the scenery in the distance could not be seen. The toilet is super big and it's a bit scary to be empty. The breakfast is delicious, and there are quite a few types. The waiter serves very well."

"It is a nice place in General. But the staff do not speak English and at any case they call the owner and give you the Phone to talk. There is nobody at reception from the evening. At our Room on the second Floor there was an electrycity problem at night, the light was always bliking with the sound. So we could not use aircon, fen, fridge etc. It felt dangerous. It was on the whole Floor. We said it to the owner. But we were not sure that they would fix it, so next day we mooved to the 1st floor, where there was not such a problem. Byt the 1st Floor does not have such a beautiful View and aircon unfortunatly."
