Right next to the highway exit, the hotel has an internal parking lot. It is recommended for those who need to stay at THE MALL to take a rest. The Italian bed is too small, so I put the mattress on the ground for fear of falling under the bed. The restaurant environment is very good, but there is nothing to eat, coffee, milk, bread and the like

We chose this ”hotel” as it was in the countryside just outside of Florence. A small reception but the reception staff spoke good English and was efficient. The room we were given opened into a small (childs) room first which was furnished with a small wrought iron bed with no windows. The main bedroom had a very small window which looked out onto the Tuscan countryside. The bed was old and lumpy and needs replacing. The bathroom also had no window and is old fashioned. The Wifi did not work (we connected in the reception but as soon as you got back to your room, it disconnected). Also the TV did not work. The lady at reception came to look at it for us but said the maintenance guy had gone home. We had dinner in the restaurant which was nice and very Tuscan. It is not part of the hotel and is run separately. The biggest problem for us was the noise. Whilst it is not the fault of the hotel if their guests are noisy, we had a family above us and we could hear every word, laughter, screams, TV, toilet flush, kids thumping and running etc. This also continued during the night at all hours. Breakfast was the highlight. It is served in a separate annex to the hotel across the road. The buffet (covid buffet) was served to us and consisted of hot and cold food, fruit, pastries, etc. Of course lots of Italian coffee. As we were there in November the pool was closed but we could imagine this an idyllic spot in the summer. Shame about the Wifi and TV.

This hotel was a massive disappointment. It over promised and under delivered. Our experience was underwhelming from the start. We drove up a driveway that lacked any no-entrance signage to get to the reception and we’re chastised by unfriendly and rude staff. During the check-in, we were given no information on the property and the breakfast time, but we’re told that the boutique hotel had no space outdoors for us to have dinner. When we asked about breakfast time at the restaurant, we were told it is from 8 to 11:30am. When we showed up the following day for breakfast at 11, we were told the buffet was closed and they had thrown away the croissants. Some basic elements of service were absent. No free water bottles in the room, no refilling of coffee capsules, a dysfunctional AC, slow replenishment of breakfast buffet, little attentiveness to your ordering coffee or tea, no extra towels at the pool, no one asking you at dinner whether you’d like to have dessert, and so on and so forth. But this was not the end of our ill-fated adventure. When we asked them on our last day after our breakfast was done at 10:30 about the check out time, we were told it was at 10:30! In all my years of traveling around the world, I have never seen a checkout time that coincides with the end of breakfast at a supposedly luxury holiday resort. All is all, this is not at all what you’d expect of a four start hotel with luxury pricing. If these shortcomings are not fixed through serious reforms and management change, this property is bound to bring the Ferragamo brand into disrepute.

Completely exceeded expectations, booked four-star, five-star hotel all the way, I didn't expect the most amazing thing is this B&B, my wife didn't want to go directly, I have to stay for one more night, but unfortunately there is no room. Turning to the point, very rich Tuscan style architecture, cost-effective beyond imagination, clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, convenient parking and free. Experience the best choice of Tuscan country style. Stay here for a week next time, highly recommended!

We can recommend this relay very much. The superior Suite Frantoio equipment is super and does not leave any wishes open! The facility is very maintained, beautifully located and the room is very clean. The staff is very friendly and premature. We cannot judge breakfast.

I believe that the hotels in the area where I stayed for work transfers have all their years and, who are being restructured most and who are less, are still suffering from age-old distress, and this outdoor structure is not very good, The hotel is very small, although on one side of the hotel you can park with free parking. I asked for a top room, small but still with a beautiful bathroom and a large shower. The staff's kindness is certainly worth stressing, and from check-in to breakfast and check-out we have found a careful and friendlyness that has surprised me. The first breakfast is higher than standard. Sweet and salty products made at home served with patience and care. High quality. A pizzeria near the structure is worth it, but it is only worth it if you have not much time to move elsewhere because, for the environment and quality, it doesn't leave any memory. All sum of quality/price of the hotel more than good and I feel recommend it for those who are on the way and need a solution to rest well.
