"Despite a bit dated the hotel is clean, cozy and more importantly price is exceptional in the Bel-red area. Will definitely book again when we visit next."

"The room was spacious, the breakfast was good, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and there was also a kitchen where you could cook your own meals."

"First, there was a gross smell in the main lobby - not a good first impression. It is counter-intuitave to pull a handle up to open a door. There should be a sticker or a plaque on the door stating that to open the door you have to pull up on the handle. The venting fan in my bathroom was broken. Showering set off the smoke/fire alarm in my room at 5:30am. Shower steam isn't smoke, but whatever. What is more upsetting is that the front desk person didn't seem to care that the fan was broken. She was rude and flippant to me when I called asking her to turn it off. The card in the room states that kitchen kits (silverware, plates, glasses, etc) are available on request and will be delivered to the room. When I called asking for some silverware the front desk person was rude and then took over 30 minutes to bring the items. If the card says it will be delivered then it needs to be delivered. Personally, I think the kitchen items should be in the room. It is an extended stay property - people want to use the kitchen. The kitchen area, especially the stove was dirty. Supposedly the room was sanitized but I wonder how do you miss dirt on the stove and a bathroom venting fan that emits a loud high-pitched whine and goes "whomp-whomp" over and over."

"The chanel lineup online that was supposed to be accurate was not so it was difficult to find something to watch. It would be great if the on TV guide were available instead of scanning a QR code and going to a listing that is wrong. It would also let guests see what is on instead of blindly channel surfing. The remote was slow to work, you had to press the buttons very hard to get the channel or volume to change. The pillows in my room were a bit dodgy (lumpy and broken down) and they all seemed to be the same firmness. I prefer a mix of pillows (some firm and some softer). and the ice machine on my floor was broken, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. Breakfast was tasty and well-maintained, the room clean and tidy, and the staff were welcoming."

"The Redmond Hyatt Regency Hotel has a quiet environment, convenient transportation, and good service attitude. Compared with similar hotels, the breakfast options are relatively large. Overall, we are very satisfied."

"The room is big and the facilities are new! In a commercial center, lots of restaurants. The room has two 1.8-meter king-size beds, which are very suitable for children. They are clean and hygienic. Unlike the bedding in most hotels in the United States, the whole quilt covers the quilt. This must be praised. Parking is convenient. The price of $15 is a conscience price. Recommended"
