"I had an excellent stay with my family. The cleanliness, ambience and staff was excellent. The Housekeeping guys named Basharat, Hafeez and Zeeshan were also very helpful. Highly recommended."

"☆☆ (1/5) Very disappointing stay. The hotel is opposite the bus stand, so it was extremely noisy with constant bus honking and traffic. The room had no basic toiletries (no soap or tissues), neither there was hot water nor the TV was working, and there was no electricity backup. The bedsheets were dirty and below average room .Breakfast was very average, and the area is congested and noisy. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay."

"It was really good in terms of room and stay plus amenities however, the buffet was not upto the standard. The communication was great but while placing food in my plate a metal splint went into my finger and the staff tried to take it out with a needle which was not sterile or even clean. They really need to focus on their first aid equipment and upgrade their catering utensils. Otherwise it was good. I have pictures of the splint in my finger and will upload them later"

"Very clean room and clean facility. Just had an issue with temperature in the room I was in 3014 and it didn’t have individual air conditioning also noise from next room noisy if you come here avoid room 0314 at all cost! Ibrar Ahmed who is floor supervisor is very polite and very nice. Thank you to him for great service!"

"I stay at hotelone Bhurban property the stay was good, and the location was outstanding, food was delicious, staff was very cooperative specially front office staff, I recommend the visitors to visit the Hotel one Bhurban it is safe and enjoyable."

"The hotel's location and staff are good. The receptionists Mr.Abdul Basit and Mr.Muhammad Bilal facilitated me in arranging trips to Nathiagali and Patriata. Besides they guided me regarding other stuff related to my stay in Murree. The rent of a room with the mountains' view is bit expensive for a solo traveller, and the same goes for the restaurant. There aren't any light foods options available in the menu. so irrespective of one's need, one has to order the full quantity. Due to this reason most of the time I ordered soup or chips. By the way their Brownie served with ice-cream was yummy. The complimentary breakfast was also good. It had a decent number of options for both desi and English breakfast e.g.pan cakes, French toast, paratha, Aloo ki bhujiya, channy, qeema, chicken, bread, jam, honey, butter, milk, coffee, juice, fruit, and fried/ boiled eggs. The restaurant staff was courteous and kept serving food on the table even during the buffet. I went for the said hotel based on it's rating in cleanliness, however it was quite compromised. The balcony and it's windows were not cleaned during my stay. The amenities tray in the washroom had hairs in it. The shower drain had dried foam. I was on the first floor and found the place quite peaceful most part of the day, except for two nights when there were some movements on the second floor after midnight. The guests were mostly families. One thing that put me off was when I was accidentally woken up by a call after 1 am inquiring if I had asked for an iron stand. When I looked out, the view was so beautiful that I could not resist sitting in my room's balcony. Strangely while I was using my mobile and enjoying the beautiful scenery a housekeeping staff standing in the balcony adjacent to the corridor started calling me madam madam initially I ignored him but when he didn't stop, I asked him what, he said APPKO BALCONY KI LIGHT ON KAR DUN. How can any one at around 2 am invade the privacy of a person and ask such a question. Overall my stay was comfortable and as per expectation."

"Wonderful experience, serene environment, in the mountains away from the city hastle, very cooperative staff,"
