"We booked this hotel expecting a 5-star experience, but it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Check-in was delayed with zero professionalism or apology. We were given a connecting room we did not want, and when we requested a change, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive, saying that was the only option. No effort, no courtesy, no hospitality. The room quality was nowhere near 5-star standards. I’ve stayed in roadside hotels for a fraction of the price that were cleaner and more comfortable. The worst part was the noise. The guests next door were partying and drinking all night. We complained, but nothing was properly handled. We couldn’t sleep until 6 AM, completely ruining our stay. I personally went to speak with Yaseen, the General Manager on site. He was extremely rude and clearly incapable of handling the situation professionally. His only solution was offering a 25% refund, which I refused because the entire experience was already destroyed. I chose to leave the hotel altogether. As we were leaving, he arrogantly said he doesn’t care whether I leave a bad or good review because their hotel is “always full anyway.” That statement alone shows exactly how much they value their guests. This place does not deserve to call itself 5-star. Poor service, terrible management, and zero respect for customers. Avoid at all costs."
