"Stayed here for one night due to some family matters. The location is great, especially if you need to deal with government offices as most of them are nearby. There are also ZUS Coffee and Speedmart within a short distance. The receptionist was very helpful, the room was nice and comfortable, and the toilet was surprisingly good; strong water pressure, which is always a big plus! Free breakfast was provided and the nasi lemak was really tasty. For the price paid, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommended if you’re staying in Raub."

"Upon check in, they serve or i should say self service their signature ice lemon tea at d lobby which is very refreshing and good. D hotel is on top a small hill located 3 min walking distance from d famous Fraser hill clock tower which is nearby a lot of restaurants. 1st impression on my room when open d toilet smells of crockroach. Eeww.. haai. Towels are stained n very old looking. Bidet was leaking. Bathing time hot water was not constant, I bath after my wife did and d hot water after a while just turns cold. Pillow when you touch feels very soft but when we sleep Both of us feels d pillow is not balance, something wasn't right, it was not comfortable. I had a headache after sleeping on d pillow. Other than dat, hotel staff was polite and service was good. I chose dis hotel because of d brand name but I was disappointed."

"Superb stay! The suite was in perfect condition—modern, comfortable, and truly felt like a second home. I especially loved the mosquito net door, which let in the cool, fresh air without any worry about insects. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay complete and effortless. The kids loved it too, spending hours playing games in the tatami room, which made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family. Although it was only a short 2D1N visit, we already miss the suite and look forward to returning for a longer stay next time. Thank you, Sharon, for such a wonderful experience!"
