"❌️ 1000% disappointed with our New Year's Eve trip! 🙄 I never thought I'd have to put my son through such a terrible experience. I booked this hotel for December 27-28, 2025, to celebrate New Year's Eve in Ratchaburi province. The reviews seemed decent, so I booked it through Trip.com. The incident happened after 3 AM. I got up to use the restroom, and suddenly the power went out (at first, I thought it was just a typical power fluctuation and would come back on soon). I called the hotel staff, and they replied, "We're urgently working on fixing it." Meanwhile, my son woke up **gasping for air** because it had been over an hour, and the hotel still hadn't resolved the issue. My husband and I immediately decided to check out at 4:40 AM. We packed our things and lugged our heavy luggage down from the 5th floor. By the time we reached the first floor, I was dizzy and lightheaded. 😭 After checking out, I got my deposit back. I couldn't help but wonder: How can you run a hotel business without a proper backup power system? If this happens again, will guests with children also have to miserably haul their belongings out like disaster victims? That's it for this hotel, one time is enough, "never again"!!! At 4:46 AM, we immediately drove back to Bangkok. Our 2025 New Year's Eve trip ended in a really disastrous way. 😭 Note: I'll give credit where credit is due. The cleanliness, location, and facilities were somewhat good."

"Food at the hotel restuarant is very delicious with reasonable price. Dinner by the lake during sunset is a must do here. Breakfast is also good. We also enjoyed riding bicycle, provided by the hotel with free of charge."

"The hotel looks new. I booked a twin room, and it was spacious and clean, though the air conditioning was a bit slow to cool down. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the amenities were provided. I booked with breakfast included; there weren't many options, but the taste was alright."

"Clean and big rooms, clean toilet, efficient hot water supply, good air con, many restaurants nearby, 10 minutes to the old market and 10 minutes walk to the mini bus station for Bangkok, a fruit wholesale market just opposite to the mini bus station for good and cheap strawberries, mangos and other fruits, near Robinson department store for glossary shopping, highly recommended when dropping by Ratchaburi city, the only disadvantage is the limited English speaking services"
