Everything was served promptly, reflecting the hotel's efficient and well-managed service. A special mention goes to Ms. Suhana Jha for her professional and helpful nature. She was always courteous, attentive, and ready to assist whenever needed. Her warm hospitality and quick response to guest requests added greatly to the overall experience. The combination of heritage ambience, comfortable rooms, excellent food, and efficient service made my solo stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Ranchi Chanakya BNR Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Ranchi."

"My stay at ranchi can be divided into two parts as i stayed at two hotels, stay villa prime and ecosuites, both belonging to the same owner. We were offered the option of staying at ecosuites, some distance away from the city centre and thankfully we agreed as it was a new property, still under construction with spacious rooms and clean bathroom. Service was however, not upto standard. So i would give it 4 out of 5. On the last day, as we had to catch the early morning train, we shifted back to stay villa prime, close to the railway station. Apart from the receptionist and the location, this hotel did not meet our expectations. Small rooms, even smaller bathrooms, poor service all added up to get a score of 3 out of 5."
