"The only plus point is that the room given was very spacious with a large bed area (with attached toilet) and a large sitting area with sofas and dining table. First of all, the hotel was in a gully contrary to the expectations. Initially I was shown room no-204. The wash basin in this room was chocked. Then they showed me room-205. I had accepted this room as there was no alternative. The Ac in the bed area was not all effective. However, the AC in the sitting area of the room was quite good. The toiletries were insufficient. Even the linens were insufficient. We had to call them for each and everything. Since the TV was only in sitting area, one has to stay here to watch the TV. You can't watch the TV while in bed in the late night. The house keeping staff were ineffective. One has to remind them number of times in case of requirement. There is a in house restaurant which serves food in the room. Food quality was OK. Overall, it was a disappointment for me. "
